The door slammed shut behind me as I entered mine and Hyuk’s house. “Hyukkie? Are you home?” I called out. Hearing no response, I decided to take a shower and head straight to bed as it was getting late already. I pulled the warm covers over my body and tried to drift off to sleep. A few minutes later, I heard my phone ring. I groaned and rolled over, answering the call. “Yeoboseyo?” “Wow, noona, you sound… great.” Hongbin commented sarcastically on the other end. “What’s up? You don’t seriously want to hang out at this hour do you?” I asked, checking the time. I sat up, drawing my legs to my chest. “Do you know what’s wrong with Hyuk?” Huh? What? “No… why? Is he alright?” I questioned him, getting concerned. I bet he was homesick again, though. “Never mind, it’s probably the busy schedule getting to him, you know how he is.” He laughed. I nodded, feeling uncertain all of a sudden. “Yeah, probably.” I croaked out. He went silent. “Hyoim noona, is everything okay? Have you two argued or something?” his words triggered off the memory of me and Hyuk’s first argument.   I smoothed out my dress and clipped the few stray strands of hair back. I smiled at my reflection in the mirror and opened the door of the bathroom; spotting Hyuk sat watching weekly idol. I bounced over to him and wrapped my arms around his shoulders, giving him a back hug. “I’m going to head off now, see you later!” I kissed his cheek softly. He gave no reaction, however, and sat there with his eyes still glued to the screen. I took a little glance at the screen and frowned when I saw that he was watching Sistar again. I didn’t mind him liking girl groups; actually it was cute when he started dancing along, but recently he’d been obsessing over Sistar a bit too much. The camera focused in on Dasom and I saw the edges of Hyuk’s lips curve upwards.”Hyuk-ah.” He waved me away. “Hyuk-ah look at me.” he looked over briefly, before diverting his attention to the screen. I pouted and sat next to him, leaning my head on his arm. “Hyukkie! Jagiya!” He shrugged me off and I raised an eyebrow at him. “Just go to your party, Hyoim.” My jaw fell open. Just Hyoim? No ‘bye-bye noona’? No ‘Hyoimmie I’ll miss you’? I took hold of the remote and turned the TV off. Hyuk frowned and looked over, glaring at me and attempting to get the remote back. “Hyoim what is wrong with you? Just go already!” he shouted, snatching it from my hand. I stared at him in disbelief. “So what? You can watch Dasom in peace? Is that what you want?!” He rolled his eyes. I took my keys and my purse, deciding to just leave him to it. I sighed, leaning my head back against the car seat. I took my phone from my bag and dialled my mum’s number. “Yeoboseyo! Is everything alright?” she asked. I didn’t answer her question, but started the car up. “Can I stay with you for a few days?” my mum, being understanding, agreed immediately.   The next day, I woke to breakfast in bed. I smiled softly as I picked up the glass of milk and drank.
