001. Beginnings.
You/Junhoe drabblesYou don’t quite remember how it all began. You were sitting at a table, drinking your favourite milk soda while poring over music sheets, trying to decipher the code that are the notes dancing on the groups of five straight lines that run the length of the paper.
Until someone decided to block the sunlight streaming in from the window that served as your desk lamp. You huff your cheeks in annoyance, looking up at the intruder with your eyebrows almost meeting together.
He towers over you, dark camouflage coat buttoned up from his neck to a couple down, opening up a little to reveal a white graphic shirt underneath. “You’re reading them upside down.” He points at the pieces of paper you’re holding in front of you.
Your lips form a perfect round shape, “oh,” as you feel your cheeks slowly heating up. You look back into the music sheets, squinting your eyes at the blocks of characters that were so familiar but also meant nothing to you at the same time. You try to read the Hangul until you realize that he was right, they were upside down. You immediately turn the sheets right side up and look back up at him to mutter a thanks. Your cheeks must be oh so red by now.
He just smirks at you, the cheeky boy, says “no problem,” and goes back to whatever his original business was.
And you just can’t help but stare at his retreating back.
