Ken is very 4D and would probably do a lot of aegyo but underneath everything he would care about you and constantly check to see if you are happy.

First Kiss whilst watching a comedy

“Hmmm this is really funny.” You replied smiling
You and ken was watching this gag show Ken liked.
While you were intensively watched the show Ken looked at you and smiled. He was happy to have a girlfriend like you. Soon you noticed that he was looking and asked “Yah why are you looking at me like that?”
“Because you are beautiful and I think I love you.”
You then started to blush and Ken leaned in and gave you a small but meaningful kiss.

When Ken hears you snoring-
Ken would probably say something like “yaaaa shut up" but in a joking way. When you wake up, he’ll tell you how cute you were when you were snoring.
