Only silence enveloped them after their last conversation as they're heading back to where Hyukjae was waiting at. It’s not
some awkward moment but more likes comfortable silence. Ryeowook looked down as he travelled the remaining steps
following Kyuhyun’s leads from behind. He smiled down each time the apple moment come across his mind. That’s the
second apple that he had ever received sincerely from the younger. Maybe that’s mean nothing to Kyuhyun but it’s mean
everything to him. Ryeowook looked up for a moment before spotting Kyuhyun’s back and inverted his eyes down again.
“… What Kyuhyun felt for me is only some temporary feeling. It will change once he realizes he just likes me. Not like

The grips at the apple in his hand slowly loosened and fall off to the ground. Ryeowook looked down at the crashed apple

“What’s wrong?” He quickly flinched away when Kyuhyun was about to touch his arm. Kyuhyun caught off guard with the
sudden behavior and his body freeze for few moments. Ryeowook himself looks quite startled.

“Are you okay? You look…”
“The drink is getting cold. We should go to hyung quick!” Ryeowook interjected quickly and take the cup of hot choco from
Kyuhyun’s hand. “Hyung must be waiting too long.” Ryeowook makes Kyuhyun turns back and pulled him to walk faster. He

Unnoticed to Ryeowook, Kyuhyun just stares at the smaller boy intently as he wandered about the weird ‘thumping’ that

“Donghae…” Unnoticed by Hyukjae himself, the one name that he missed the most suddenly slip through his lips. “Ack….”

When he was about want to take his phone out, when suddenly his phone ringing and one unknown number appeared on the
screen.
“Hello!!” Hyukjae answered it quickly. He suddenly froze and his eyes widened as he heard the voice from the other line.
“I… found you!! The voice from the end of the line repeats again. “I found you again, Hyukkie!!”
Hyukjae held the phone tightly. He watched the peoples walked around had slowly become blurred into view. Hyukjae waited
for the view to become clear again but they don’t. He brought his hand to claps his mouth when he felt something warm had
slipped down his cheeks. His face felt cool and wet and that’s when he realizes he’s crying. Then he knew that he was
crying.
“Don’t cry…” Donghae said although he knows that he himself already burst into tears as soon as he saw Hyukjae. But
Hyukjae’s tears were too precious, so Donghae didn’t want him to cry because of him. It’s hurt so much to see Hyukjae’s
tears. Donghae took another step closer to the boy that back facing him. They were several meters away when Hyukjae
turned around and their eyes immediately clash. The surrounding seems likes they had stop moving when their gazes meet.

“Idiot, there’s nothing going to happen.” Kyuhyun ruffled his friend’s hair and flashed him a reassuring smile, wanting to
convince him. Ryeowook clam up. He doesn’t know what to think about right now, his mind is too messed up. “Don’t worry,
let’s go and find him!” He said again when Ryeowook didn’t give any respond. The smaller boy is just too busy panicked,

stare into each other eyes. “You look thinner than before?” Hyukjae prompted after some time passed. He cradled Donghae’s

about you? Did you live well? How this little one in here?” Donghae said as he brushes his hand on Hyukjae’s belly. Hyukjae

“The baby is healthy…. I take care of the baby more than anything.”
“Then what about you? Are you living well?”
“Me too… I tried to live my life to the fullest without you but in the end everything I do will always remind me about you.”
Hyukjae said sincerely as their gaze meets again.
“I’m sorry.”
“Iie, it’s okay….”Hyukjae smiles whole-heartedly. “Together with you right now after what had happened is worthy to me. I

waiting. Donghae met Hyukjae’s lips roughly as he really craving for it, but gradually the kiss become slower, more
passionate and full of desire.
Donghae finally pulled away from Hyukjae as they breathed but the noses still flirting with each other. Donghae smiles as he

Kyuhyun and Ryeowook looked around again along the pedestrian street, but Hyukjae is nowhere to be found. They then
checked at the convenient store, the food stall and at the coffee shop but they still could not find him.
Kyuhyun starts running as his eyes frantically sweeping over every figure he met on his way, hoping that it was Hyukjae
while Ryeowook was left a little bit behind as he does the same thing. Ryeowook tried to call for Hyukjae’s phone again and
again, but it was immediately gone through his mailbox.
Ryeowook was panting hard as he stops to fill his lungs with some fresh air. Kyuhyun was still running around nonstop.
Ryeowook then begins his searching again after regain back his steady breath. He was almost at the end of the road when
he saw Kyuhyun standing still near the vacant park. He walked closer to him.
“Did you find him?” Kyuhyun didn’t respond. Ryeowook suddenly stunned as his eyes caught the same thing that Kyuhyun
already sees when he reached Kyuhyun. Ryeowook want to pull Kyuhyun away but his hand stop halfway as he saw the hurt
look on that face. He saw it, and at that right moment, he wished for nothing but for Kyuhyun to never witness that. He
wished for Kyuhyun to never have that hurt look. He’s willing to do anything to bring the joy back at that face… anything…
everything.
Kyuhyun turns back. “C’mon, let’s go!” He said as he grabbed Ryeowook’s wrist. Ryeowook holds himself from letting out a
whine as he felt quite hurt. He felt hurt at his wrist as Kyuhyun grip was really tight…. It’s so tight that it hurt so much.

Hyukjae’s eyes abruptly widened and immediately stop from responding to Donghae’s kiss as finally he remembered
something. He quickly pulled away.
“What’s wrong?” Donghae asked, upset with Hyukjae sudden behavior for stopping it.
“My phone? Where’s my phone?” Hyukjae searched frantically for his cellphone as he forgets where it is. The last time he
holds it was… “Ahh… Hae, gives me my phone. I need it now.”
“What’s wrong?” Donghae repeated his previous question while giving Hyukjae what he was looking for.
Hyukjae quickly turn on his cellphone that he doesn’t know since when it was shut down. He immediately received lots of
message and also there are almost 55 missed calls and it’s all from the same number. He quickly types a new message
and sends it to the same number.
He sighed. “They must be really worried of me.”
“Who?”
“My friends…. No, my dongsaeng.”
“Your dongsaeng?”
“When I was alone here… fate brought the two of them to me. Since we met, they always take care of me although I’m not
their hyung. They’re really important person in my life also.” He chuckled lightly. “We come here together today. They went
to buy me something hot when I found a lost girl and went to look for her parent.”

direction to go with Ryeowook that faithfully followed him from behind. He followed as silent as he could from behind,
purposely gave the younger some time alone to think. Even Kyuhyun had been exceptionally calm despite what both of them
had witnessed just now, but Ryeowook was dead worried about him. At that time, Ryeowook more willingly to confront the
impudent-evil-Kyuhyun rather than facing with this silent-Kyuhyun. He willingly wants Kyuhyun to bully him, it’s better than
being tortured silently.
“Do you hungry?” out of the blue, Kyuhyun asked. “I’m starving. Let’s go find something to eat. Sushi! Let’s eat sushi today.
You like sushi don’t you?” Ryeowook was taken aback by the odd cheerfulness in Kyuhyun’s voice.
Kyuhyun also pulled on a straight face, and if Ryeowook hadn’t known better, he would say that the younger boy was not
affected by what he was seeing. But Ryeowook did know better because it reminded him so much of himself, so he knew
every feeling that Kyuhyun was trying to suppress, and his heart broke at the thought. This is not right. Kyuhyun should not
felt what he had been through, because he knows how hurt it is. How painful it fell.
“You don’t want sushi? How about bulgogi? I will buy bulgogi for us.” Kyuhyun said again when Ryeowook didn’t answer him.
Ryeowook clenched his hand tight.
“Yah, Kyuhyun-idiot…” Ryeowook mumbled. He then abruptly grabbed Kyuhyun’s wrist and pulled the younger together with
him as he starts running. “Stop being so cool!!” He half-shouted while they run.
“HUH??”
“Shut up! Just follow me!” Ryeowook shouted.
“You wanna eat something else?”
“No!!”
“So, what about the bulgogi then?”
“That’s can wait later.”
“You’ll buy!”
“Yea, I will pay for it. So shut up!”
“You promised then!! So don’t complain to me after this!!” Kyuhyun said, just following Ryeowook to wherever place that he
had in his mind. They had run passed all the food stalls where Kyuhyun think they would possibly stop to eat. Then he
confident that Ryeowook didn’t have any intention to let him eat when a familiar building reached his view. After the long runs,
they finally arrived at their destination – at their school.
They entered the empty class building and straight away went to the roof top. “Yah, what… are we… doing here?” Kyuhyun
asked, out of breath. They both were panting and continued to let some fresh air filling up their lungs.
“Here… just scream as loud as you want… nobody will hear you.” Ryeowook finally said after managed to compose his

Kyuhyun’s eyes bewildered for one second before softened again. He walked to the edge. “How about the guard?”
“He will chicken out immediately the moment he heard your scream.”
Kyuhyun chuckled lightly. “Almost forget… I still can’t believe that you’re braver than him.” A soft chuckle also left
Ryeowook’s lips.
“Kyuhyun-ah…. It’s okay for you to cry and let out your feeling.” Ryeowook starts again after some silent moments had
passed. “You don’t have to bite your teeth and suffered all alone… because you have me. As your friend, I’ll always be here.”
“Ryeowook…”
He immediately went next to the younger boy. Before Ryeowook could say something more, Kyuhyun had pulled him into
his embrace and wrapped his arms around Ryeowook. His face was burying on the crook of Ryeowook’s shoulder.
Ryeowook didn’t say anything but he could tell that the magnae was crying. Ryeowook didn’t say anything and just run his
hand through the younger’s hair while his other hand rubbed Kyuhyun’s back soothingly. He let Kyuhyun to hugs him tighter
as Kyuhyun tried to suppress the sobs. His whole body shaking from his silent cry. For that moment, he didn’t know what
else he could do to ease the pain away.

They stayed there for the whole time; sitting on the bench, sharing a comfortable silence, and staring into each other eyes,
with almost all the times were spent by spilled out their longing emotions, until the moon starts to show up. They looked at
each other and smiled, as they don’t realize that the time passed really quick. Donghae then got to his feet, offering a hand
to Hyukjae. Donghae had insisted to send him home although Hyukjae didn’t let him to do so because of the reason that he
felt really shy if his landlord sees them. And one of the other reasons is, Hyukjae just want to introduce Donghae formally to
everyone first. But being as stubborn as Donghae is, Hyukjae finally agreed to let him do as he want. And then Hyukjae took
Donghae’s hand and they walked their way together with fingers intertwined.
“So, this is where you live?” Donghae inquired when they stop in front a small house where Hyukjae had been lived since the
first day he arrived at Japan.
“Emm… Obachan and Ojichan were really nice persons. They treat me like their own son, so that’s way I don’t really miss
Korea much.” He giggles.
“I’m so happy and glad that all peoples you met were nice. I’m really grateful to them all. And I don’t how can I repay them
back for taking care of you.” Hyukjae tighten their intertwined fingers.
“Hae….”
“Hmm??”
“You really wanna meet them?”
“Of course, I am. I really wanna meet with all the persons that are important to you.”
“Then, let’s meet them.”
“Really, are you serious?” Donghae hyper up.

Donghae smiled wide and he quickly hugs Hyukjae, tight. “You won’t take it back suddenly right?” He asks disbelieve as he
pulled away.
“Do you want me to?”
“No!!” Donghae said firmly.
“Then, I won’t…” Hyukjae giggles at the ticklish feeling when Donghae’s lips roamed around his neck and jawlines. “And tell
Leeteuk-hyung not to worry about your contract … because you will be back home soon.”
