The Pros and Cons of Kim Taehyung
Description
Kim Taehyung and Nam Sookhye. Those two names brought shivers down to every ahjumma's spine. The troublemaking duo was always up to something and it was rare, if ever possible, to see one without the other. Together since birth, these two best friends have gone through everything. Now they're in their last year of high school, and once again, by each other's side, they plan to take over the world - or, at least their part of the town. Nothing could possibly stop them, except... the fact that one of them maybe sorta kinda might just a teeny bit have feelings for the other.
Wow, way to freaking go, Taehyung.
Nam Sookhye was notorious for her pros and cons lists. She swore by them and have used them to make every big decision in her life so far. Fashion choices, class scheduling, weekend plans; it was all decided by her trusty pros and cons list. But it was just her luck to one day have to use one to decide whether or not she liked her best friend.
Foreword
"Kim Taehyung, you are dead to me!"
An ear splitting shriek, which one could descibe as the scream of the devil, rang through the halls of Jisung High School. Signing, the second and third years knew exactly what they were in for the moment they heard it. The first years, however, were clueless. And no upperclassmen was nice enough to inform them of what was to come. The first years would just have to find out for themselves about the terribly close pair who liked to terrorize the halls with their stupidity and idiocy.
Laughter followed the shriked, and with it came Kim Taehyung. He was running down the main hallway, not caring, or noticing, that he had almost ran over an extremely terrified exchange student in the process. The bright pink thing he clutched in his hand caught the attention of everyone that looked his way. The kid even had the nerve to stop in front of the teachers' offices and bow to his principal, Mr. Oh. An impish smile graced his handsome face, all the while Mr. Oh only looked down at him disapprovingly, a look only reserved for him. Taehyung saluted the man and greeted him with a loud, "Mornin' Mr. Oh. Glad to be your student for one more year!" Mr. Oh never got the chance to reply as Taehyung was already around the corner before he had even finished his sentence. The shrieking was getting louder, and Kim Taehyung was not ready to give himself up just yet.
As Taehyung ran past all his teachers, former and current, they all were thinking one thing: thank the heavens that would be the last year they'd ever have to deal with Kim Taehyung. Unless, god forbid, the boy failed to graduate.
A few seconds after Taehyung made his destructive way down the hall, Nam Sookhye followed, as she always did. Thankfully for the balding principal, Nam Sookhye was not polite enough to pause and greet him before continuing on her way.
"Kim Taehyung! You better come back here right now or I will beat your the moment I catch you!"
And that was how the first day of school started. With another grim reminder that the teachers and students at Jisung High would be submitted to yet another tiring and long year with Kim Taehyung and Nam Sookhye.
