Kai's POV
I stare at Kyungsoo as he breathes in and out, today is the third day, this guy will be waking up soon.(Hopefully, I can't wait any longer to see his beautiful face) Getting up from my seat, I noisily try to prepare myself to talk to him.
"Hi my name is Jongin, but you can call me Kai because my Mom at naming things," I say out loud, then I shake my head. Nah, too long.
"Hey there cutie, name's Kai," I shake my head again. No, too short. I walk back and forth in the room, rubbing my chin.
"Hey there y, name's Kai. Are you Kyungsoo Do? 'Cos I'ma 'Do' you right now," I stop walking and freeze up, my eyes widening. HO-LY SH-IT THATS BRILLIANT! Before I can think twice about it, I hear the bed shuffling and I turn to see that a certain boy named Kyungsoo Do has awoken.
It took awhile for me to understand what he wrote. I stared at the paper, unbelieved. A pang of hurt aches my heart as I slowly look at the boy in the eyes. My heart begins to pound, this guy is seriously driving me insane. (Which is a bad thing because I usually drive people insane, not the other way around.)
"Hey you're awake," I say and his eyes open and he sits up, staring right at me. , I am not ready for this. This boy had stunning big chocolate brown eyes, plump lips and striking red hair. (Yeah, don't give me that look, you probably would faint if you saw this guy. He had hair for crying out loud!) My heart beats rabidly and I can feel my throat dry up and we have a little stare down, I can feel his gaze raking up and down my body. (Why the hell am I slightly my this.) I finally find my voice,
"Hey man, eyes up here," I point to my(ing beyond y)face as I chuckle, "I know I'm hot, I'll even give you a picture with my name on it." I am such a brilliant for saying those words. Score one for the Swag Master Kai. Kyungsoo flushes red and in side I myself a high-five.(Okay actualllly, I squealed like a fanboy, yeah off) Score two for Swag Master Kai. (Now flower boy Kyungsoo Do wants my swag , yes.) I move to sit on the side of his bed, for a closer look of his face. (Actually-...Never mind,hehe) But he pales and gives me a pair of wide eyes, instantly jerking away from me.(Good ing job me, now Kyungsoo Do does not want my .) I mentally shoot myself when I nearly stutter out,
"Whoa! Sorry there, I know, personal space. Sorry. Seriously, don't pull that when you're home alone," I give him my -I'm-not-playing-face,"It's not funny." I look at the ground. (What the hell did I just do and say lord help me) But then I add feeling guilty,"Sorry, my name's Kai, and yes I know you're Kyungsoo. I'm here in place of your Pops, they won't let him in, 'Cos the nurse's said he needs to calm down first. Seriously man, your Dad is the ing cray to the zy." I sticks his tongue out as he rotates his finger. "Don't worry, my Mom's taking good care of him, just kidding." Kyungsoo raises an eyebrow. (oh my ing god what did I just say I just ing insulted his father without realizing, , , . Seriously me? 'I know you're Kyungsoo'? Oh my ing god now I sound like a creepy ert. Just kill me now before I say anything stupid) Out of frustration, I try to blame this kid (I mean, inform him something..Yeah, that's what.)
"Hey, stop being so quiet. At least give me a 'Thank you,' or whatever! I saved your soon-to-be-dead as you were 'bathing' in the tub." My eyebrows knit together as I shakes my fist angrily while I look at Kyungsoo.(Holy what am I doing I can't stay mad at this bundle of fluff) Kyungsoo gives me direct contact and then he bows at me, giving me a small shy smile. (Playing hard to get, eh?) I soften up (Shut up I'm not soft all the time) as I give Kyunsoo a pained look, my voice dropping to a whisper as I finally realize I can't hear his (probably) beautiful voice.
"Hey....You can't talk, can't you?" He gives me a sad smile and nods. Out of frustration, I tug at my hair. Godamnit now he can't scream my name when we have -I MEAN TALK TO ME.
"Look, sorry for saying harsh things, I didn't know." I look down at m lap and then back at Kyungsoo. I'm still curious about this flower boy. "Hey man...Tell me, in the trade of saving your life. Can you tell me why I found you like that?" I search for a paper and pen and hand it to him(Because I'm a gentleman, believe it or not,) and he begins to write. He shows me the paper(Damn his writing is hot. Is that too weird?) But then I read the writing:
I don't have to tell you anything, I didn't wish to be saved.
To be honest, the first thing that came to mind was,
huh, playing hard to get are you, Kyungsoo?
Then,
Kyungsoo you ing idiot you need to live for me because I can't get enough of you.
and lastly,
Why would such a perfect boy want to throw away his life?
My eyes wander to his wrist and I look away.

Sorry for short chapter, I'm only writing Kai's POV on how he first interacted with Squishy. The next chapter will continue on where we left off, and that chapter will have both characters' POV! Yayyy! ^^
