He eyes the three boys sitting in front of him with suspicion. Taemin wasn't even sure what Jongin was doing here when he was supposed to be in his English class by this time. All he knew was that Kris had kidnapped him from the library, threw him inside his car, and now he was in this really cutesy cafe. Huh. He didn't know Kris was into this kind of cutesy stuff. This was certainly news. From his build and personality, Taemin was half expecting macho, manly stuff. Then again, he follows around a smol, very cute and lovable (no, Taemin insists he is not narcassistic) Korean boy and insists to call him 'little pretty'. Maybe it wasn't all that surprising. (Taemin makes sure to file this in his brain anyway for future leverage, if the situation calls for it.)

"Okay, so why are we here?" Taemin was getting creeped out by the way Chanyeol was smiling at him. 

"Because we're here to inform you of our grand plan to help you and Minho patch things up!" Chanyeol sounds so overly enthusiastic that Taemin wants to throw up. 

"Patch things up...?" he parrots, before he notices something weird about the giant's words and his eyes narrow. "Wait. What do you mean inform me?" 

"You know," Kris is the one who answers, "telling you of our plans to help you out with the frog."

"You're making it sound like I don't have a say in this." He fears what their answer will be, though he has a pretty good idea on what it would be. "Do I even get to say no?" 

"No, not really."

How the hell could Chanyeol say that so easily?! 

"I can't believe you agreed to this!" He desperately turns to the tanned dancer who is already holding his hands up. 

"Trust me, I have no idea what they have planned." He is quick to wash his hands off the possible crime (you never knew when Kris and Yeol were involved), "I literally just came here because Chanyeol was waiting for me outside campus."

Taemin could already feel an oncoming headache. "Okay, fine." he sighs, deciding to play along for now, "what is this grand plan of yours anyway?"

"Well it's fairly simple." Kris states, as if that would answer all Taemin's questions. Thankfully, Chanyeol butts in. 

"And you don't even have to do anything!" he sounds excited, like a gigantic kid on a sugar rush, "all we gotta do is make the guy jealous!" 

Taemin stares, as if they had grown another head.

"What the ?!" He was not prepared for all this stress, "pray tell, why would making him jealous help us patch things up?? And the dude has a girlfriend for crying out loud!" 

"Key mentioned he was overprotective of you." Chanyeol shrugged, not even batting an eye at Taemin's outburst. "Plus you like him, right? We'll help you get your man!" 

And they didn't dare say out loud but that would also be a way for them to try to woo the distressed boy. Okay, admittedly it was a bit underhanded and a sneaky way of earning his affection, but if it works, it works. If not... Well there was always plan b. 

"All, we're going to do is we're going to start wooing you-" 

"Flowers, chocolates, cute dates- the whole shebang!"

Kris and Chanyeol finishing each others sentences was creepy enough. Did they have to smile like that too?! It was giving him goosebumps- and not the nice kind. 

"This is sooo cliche." Taemin moans, temped to just bang his head on the table and hopefully pass out. "And what do you think about all this?"
