Delay
Preordained Writing ContestHey guys, PMB here. Aya-Chi and I know it's been a while since the contest closed, and honestly we haven't even started reading entries. In the few days before the deadline and ever since, we've been dealing with a lot of issues that have been keeping us from going through and reading the entries and scoring them. Namely, we've both been suffering with health issues. See, we both suffer from social anxiety and recently we've both been placed on medication for it to help manage our anxiety. For a while neither of us could really function while our bodies adjusted to the medicine and since then I've been suffering with headaches that have kept me bed-ridden and Aya-Chi's been dealing with her generalized anxiety. Because of this, along with me taking care of my mother and Aya-Chi taking care of her grandmother, things have been really busy.
I really wish I could say that everything's been dealt with now and we'll get the entries judged soon, but honestly I have no idea when we'll be able to. Both of us are working on top of all of the aforementioned issues, and it takes time to go through and read all of the stories the way we'd like to. So in this time we'd like to apologize and ask for your patience as we try to sort through our RL problems so we can get around to the things that we enjoy such as contests like this one.
Thank you for your time and I hope that we'll be able to begin really reading entries before the summer really gets going.
