JiJi stands barefoot in the forest with her eyes closed taking deep breaths. Sohee stands a few inches away trying to calm her mind, “Listen JiJi I said it’s fine. I trust you just stay calm and believe in your powers.” JiJi nods shaking her hands out, “Y-yeah okay. I’m just kina nervous… I never actually used my healing abilities before…” Sohee smiles, “I’m ready when you are. So you won’t get nervous, just attack without thinking.” JiJi nods and finally collects her thoughts. She raises her hands up and with it the vines on the trees bends to her will with the branches to create a sword. She clutches it in her hands and lets Sohee uses her mind control to make JiJi charge and stab her in the torso. “Oww… crap. T-that was a good hit.” Sohee says coughing a bit of blood. JiJi take out the sword quickly and lays Sohee down on the ground. JiJi closes her eyes and presses her hands against the wounds and chants a old healing technique that instantly cures Sohee. Sohee jumps back up to her feet and JiJi watches her nervously to make sure the spell actually worked. “See?” Sohee said raising her shirt to where the wound use to be. “You were awesome. You should trust in your powers more JiJi.” She says smiling. JiJi stands up beside her grins, “And you should stop being reckless. You didn’t have to use your mind control on me!” Sohee gives her a cocked eyebrow look, “Umm you were standing their shaking like a maraca. I doubt you would have moved if it weren’t for me.” Sohee says laughing. JiJi sticks her tongue out at her and pushes her a bit, “Whatever.” They walk back down to the trail out of the forest and walk along the pavement road the outstretched miles. They look at each other and sigh and Sohee groans, “This is gonna be a long walk… I knew that teleportation thing was just a fluke!” JiJi laughs, “Well at least we know it works… by luck?” Sohee gives her a playful glare and they both laugh. “Oh look what I can do!” Sohee shouts doing a cartwheel.  JiJi smiles, “Look what I can do!” She shouts as she took a few steps back and ran, flipping in the air doing summersaults.  Sohee rolls her eyes a bit jealous, “Stop showing off you loser!” She shouts running up and tackles her. They both fall to the ground laughing, “Stop being jealous you hater!” JiJi says back and Sohee’s jaw drop in shock. JiJi laughs at her reaction and jumps up helping her off the ground. “Cmon. Let’s try to hurry back.” Sohee sighs, “How? By hitching a ride? Wait… that’s an awesome idea!” JiJi blinks and chuckles awkwardly, “Ahahaha…umm… I don’t think that’s a good idea.” Sohee smiles, “Of course it is!” Sohee stars to shout for help at random vehicles that passed by but they all waved back and kept driving. JiJi thought for a second, “Wait Sohee! I think you’re suppose to hold out your thumb like this.” JiJi holds out her thumb waving it around and a nice car pulls over a bit and a man that was about 190cm tall(6’3)with a nice suit on gets out and starts walking over towards them. Sohee checks him out and nudges JiJi, “Dang he’s fine…” She whispers. JiJi blushes and he smiles at them, “Hey there. You two ladies need a ride?” Sohee nods, “Yeah. We were out in the woods hiking and our car was towed off somewhere.” She lies perfectly. The man nods, “Alright then. Come on.” The two girls follow after him into the car and JiJi rides in the back seat while Sohee takes the passanger seat. “So how far did you two come?” He asks and Sohee ponders and tells him the location. His eyes go wide, “Whoa you girls are a long way from home… maybe you could stay at my place for the rest of the day since it’s almost dawn. Then I can take you home in the morning. Is that okay?” He asks them two. Sohee nods and turns around giving JiJi a wink then she turns back to the man smiling, “Yeah that would be great. Thank you so much.” He smiles, “Not a problem. By the way I’m Jonghun.” Sohee grins, “Cool name. I’m Sohee, and that one back there is JiJi.” Jonghun looks through the review mirror at JiJi and she quickly looks away blushing and she kicks Sohee’s seat.

~~~~~~~~~Later that Day~~~~~~~~~~~

“Here we are ladies.” Jonghun says getting out of the car to open the door for JiJi and Sohee. They both say thank you in unison and smile. Jonghun motions them to follow him inside the two story house. Sohee bites her lip trying to control her excitement looking at all the nice modern tech house with all white carpet and tile. “There are three bedrooms upstairs and 2 downstairs. You can choose whichever one you want. I rarely have guests so please excuse the dust.” Sohee smiles, “No problem.” She grabs JiJi’s hand and races up the stairs peeping into the unoccupied rooms he mentioned. “Ohhh look! This one is so cool!” Sohee smiles plopping down onto the bed. JiJi sits next to her and sighs, “Can we share a room?” Sohee looks at her like she’s crazy, “No way! You kick in your sleep miss ninja and I’m not trying to die.” They both laugh and JiJi slaps her arm playfully and gets up, “Fine… I’ll take the one next door. If anything happens just scream okay?” Sohee laughs and gives her a wink, “Yeah I’ll be screaming alright if anything DOES happen.” JiJi blushes, “Gross! Ugh bye.” JiJi says rolling her eyes at Sohee and walks out of the room shutting the door. She sighs and opens the door to the room next to Sohee’s. She walks in and looks around instantly getting attached to the earthly green walls and dark brown hardwood floors. She felt like she was at ease for a moment and she heard a small cry. She looked over at a withering plant and ran over to it looking down at it with sympathy. “You poor thing…” She says with pity and closes her eyes gently kissing one of the pedals. The plant instantly revives and her smiles gently the vines that wrapped itself playfully around her arm and hair. JiJi giggles and she snuggles the plant , “How…did you do that?” JiJi jumps up almost falling over and looks over at Jonghun in shock who was standing in the door way. “I-I um… h-how long were you standing there?” Jonghun shrugged, “A while.”  JiJi blushes and the plant lets go of her and Jonghun steps inside carrying a basket, “Well I was here to give you a basket of hygienic items in case you wanted to wash up from the hike. I gave your friend Sohee one as well.” He sets the basket down on her bed and she fidgets a bit, “T-thanks.” Jonghun smiles, “Not a problem.” He eyes her carefully and tilts his head, “Are you a witch?” JiJi was so surprised she started to laugh, “A witch?” She covers and shakes her head. “Filthy creatures…um no. I’m not a witch.” Jonghun an eyebrow, “So what are you?” JiJi holds back her panic trying not to be read and she smiles, “Guess you can say I’m a plant whisper.” Jonghun chuckles a bit and walks out, “Well goodnight then miss plant whisper.” He shuts the door and JiJi sighs, “Man that was close.” She said looking back over to the plant who wrapped its vines around her again, “I would have been in big trouble if anyone found out.” She reassures the plant that she will come back and it lets of her arm. JiJi picks up the basket, and she walks out of the room to go to the restroom to wash up. After that she brushes her teeth and goes over to Sohee’s room knocking gently. No reply comes from the room so she figures she went to sleep until she hears laughter from down stairs. JiJi closes her eyes and leans against the wall trying to feel any other plants in the house. She feels a vibe from the kitchen, “Give me you’re eyes.” She whispered and her eyes turned green and she could see from the kitchen. The plants leaves slightly turned from being controlled by JiJi and she looked around and saw Sohee in the kitchen watching Jonghun cook. She noticed the stary look in Sohee’s eyes and how abnormal she was flirting. “What…the heck? Why is Sohee acting like this.” She asked herself and Jonghun turned around to get something out of the fridge and noticed the leaves move a bit. He stood up and walked over to it looking at it closely then up stairs. JiJi felt panic rise into her and she felt Jonghun brush the sides of the leaves gently. JiJi felt his touch and blushed trying to ignore it until Jonghun traced his finger down the stem, which in equivalent JiJi felt the touch down her spine. She tried to let go of the connection with the plant, but couldn’t concentrate correctly and the plant clings on to JiJi’s connection not wanting the only thing that could speak with it leaving. She felt Jonghun trace his finger  down the stem and to the dirt.

She took a deep breath of relief glad that he wasn’t aiming for the roots. He was just about to move again until Sohee looked over at him, “Hey what are you doing?” Jonghun looks back over to her smiling, “Nothing. I was just making sure the plants were watered well. Fresh ingredentis are always good for cooking.” He said walking back over to the counter where Sohee leaned on to watch him, and continued cooking. JiJi hurriedly let go of the connection promising the plant she wouldn’t let it get hurt and she goes into her room sighing. “Ugh…” She groans sitting down on her bed and laying back on the pillows. She closed her eyes and sighed regretting ever coming here in the first place. A knock on her door startled her and she sat up almost falling off the bed, “U-um who is it?” She asks softly. “It’s me JiJi. The food is done come eat something before you starve to death!” JiJi relaxes and jumps off the bed and walking over to the door opening it, “Whatever Sohee. You should start starving yourself or you’ll get fat.” Sohee laughs, “This isn’t fat this is a womanly body. Some men actually likes a woman with curves.” JiJi laughs and follows Sohee down the stairs and into the kitchen. Jongdae fixes Sohee a plate and she smiles, “Thank you.” He smiles back, “No problem.” He walks back over to the stolve to fix JiJi a plate but she hops up super fast taking the plate from his hand, “Um no thanks. I can fix my own plate.” Jonghun looks at her surprised and tilts his head. Sohee rolls her eyes, “Don’t mind JiJi. She’s just a picky eater.” Jonghun nods and steps aside with a plate of is own taking a seat next to Sohee. They began to talk as if they’ve know each other since they were kids and JiJi feels a defensive pang swell in her chest. *Am I jealous?* She thinks to herself while adding a small portion of food to her plate. She takes a seat across from Sohee, and Sohee looks over at her, “You need to eat more! That plate is berely enough for a appetizer!” JiJi shrugs, “I’m not all that hungry.” Sohee laughs, “Are you ever?” Jonghun smiles and Sohee and him begin to resume talking once again. JiJi gets a hurtful feeling that she was just extra space and didn’t belong and she stands up placing her food onto the counter. Sohee and Jonghun both look up at her, “Are you okay JiJi?” Sohee asks and JiJi turns around smiling, “Yeah. I’m just really tired. I’ll finish my plate in the morning.” She says with a reassuring nod. Sohee nods back, “Alright then. Good night.” JiJi hides her hurt until she is up the stairs where she’s sure no one can see her and she goes into her room breathing rapidly. *Why is she acting so different to me?* She thought feeling a bit angry. *She’s been my best friend since birth and now that this guy came along she’s acting like I hardly exist!* JiJi sinks down to the floor and buries her face into her knees letting the hot tears fall down her face like a waterfall. She cries quietly so they wouldn’t hear her, and the vines from the small plant in the room extended to where she sat and it wrapped itself around her hair and body embracing her into a sympathetic hug. JiJi thanked the plant and she heard all the talking from downstairs stop, so she figure Sohee and Jonghun went off to sleep. She stood up and walked over to her bed laying down sideways watching the small clock on the nightstand tick. She sighed and made herself fall asleep trying to forget the day.
