Jongdae is the vice president of the student council in his school. Chanyeol is a delinquent student and has been vitriolic best buds/neighbors with Jongdae since they were kids.

Jongdae has a secret he hides from the rest of the school and student council because he's afraid his reputation as an upstanding student will be ruined - he used to be a delinquent. Chanyeol blackmails him by saying he will reveal this secret unless Jongdae does whatever he wants.

What he wants is the rights to Jongdae's body.

Basically Chanyeol is in love with Jongdae which is why he blackmails him but he never intended to reveal his secret at all.
