I SEE YOUR FACE

LOOKING BACK AT ME

I SEE YOUR IMAGE

RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME

I TOUCH THE FACE

LOOKING BACK AT ME

I TOUCH THE IMAGE

RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME

I TOUCHED THE MIRROR

AND FELT THE GLASS

YOU ARE LOCKED

IN THE MIRROR

I'm looking at the mirror, while brushing my teeth. Staring at the image, looking at the eyes. Trying to study the face, the eyebrow, the cheekbone, the nose, the lips, the chin, the jaw, the ears, the hair...looking ...looking...

I touched the face in the mirror, only to feel the cold glass. No warmth, returned in my touch.

I continued to brush my teeth, and washed my mouth with water. And opened the faucet, and cleaned the toothbrush with the running water, and returned it at the holder, which hold my single toothbrush. I turned off  the faucet. And returned my eyes to the face in the mirror.

Hey, you, I'm going back to school.

Hmmm.. no response?

Okey. You don't have to answer.

I'll come back, as soon as school is over.

You're with me?? Right??

Okey, Off to school I go.
