Jiho is a handsy guy, there's no two ways about it. He likes getting up close and personal, and normally, Taeil is okay with that. He's grown used to the hand on his arm, the pats on the back, the arm slung around his shoulder.

He starts to notice again when the hand rests on his lower back instead, when pats turn into hugs, a lot of them, when that arm goes around his waist instead.

He doesn't say anything about it, tells himself that Jiho probably didn't even notice what he was doing, that it was weird for this to be such a big deal. It was, though. It was a huge deal for Taeil.

There was a sort of warmth that he felt when Jiho would casually nestle into his personal space. It made him squirm, like he wanted to get away and come closer at the same time. He tries to act equally casual, but he doesn't know how to when he's breaking out in a nervous sweat.

The dam breaks when they're filming the Very Good music video, and they've been working so hard all day but the end is so close they can taste it. They're shooting one of the bank lobby scenes, and Taeil is standing in the front, minding his own business, when Jiho sneaks up from behind and wraps his arms around him, to...cup his chest?

Taeil is mortified.

He tries to push the hands off of him, but to no avail. He feels dizzy but fakes a grin and hopes they don't use this shot in the final video, shoving out of the younger guy's hold and stalking away before the director could even finish telling them to cut and take a break.

Jiho follows him, of course, and Taeil already knows he doesn't want to have this conversation. He makes it to the hallway leading to the bathroom before Jiho stops him.

"Taeil, is something wrong?" His voice is thick with genuine concern and his hand is heavy on Taeil's shoulder. There's a long pause before he is able to respond. He thinks about saying no, pretending it was nothing, but then he thinks that maybe he could end this touchyness right now and stop feeling so weird all the time.

"Why do you put your hands all over me like that?" He feels stupid the second it leaves his mouth. Jiho's hand leaves his shoulder and the silence is heavier than it was before, the muted hustle and bustle of people packing up equipment echoing in the dim hallway.

Jiho takes a step towards him, gently pushing his fingers against his hyung's palm and resting his chin on his shoulder.

"Because I like you."

His body is flush against Taeil's back as he leans forward and presses a kiss to the corner of his mouth.

The director calling for them is like a lightning bolt and Jiho scurries back to the set before Taeil can even think of something to say.

Later, when Jiho wraps his arm around him during the showcase, all he can do is grin (for real, this time) and relax into his hold.
