"Agent number 149" A voice boomed from the speakers in the big white waiting room "Please come in for your weekly exam"

It was another plain Sunday at the agency, it was only your first month there but it was pretty routine. Everyday everyone would wake up at 6am for a morning run and then come back in time for breakfast, and have a break until it was your scheduled training time. The only days off you got were Sundays but it was because everyone had to do their weekly updates. These were challenging tests to see how much you have improved and what rank you belong in, most people get very pumped and excited to have a chance to get into the high platinum league; but not Aeri. She simply did not give a damn. She didnt see what was so important or "cool" about the high ranks. They were just like everyone else. She was actually the most recent and youngest to join the Platinum league, but she could care less about her placement or how much attention her title go her. Many of her peers saw her as an idol and also a fierce opponent when it came to the monthly sparring everyone had to participate in.

"Cha Aeri, Please enter" The voice repeated again signaling for her to enter. She got up and walked lifelessly into the exam room, it was a plain room with a plain brown desk with usually one or two men sitting waiting for you to begin. They sent her through the big black double doors which lead toward the weekly course and watched on the screen. She shrugged and entered in casually.

It was always like this, Cha Aeria simple girl who was abandoned at the age of 6 had been picked up by an old man. He had taught her everything he knew and sent her into an academy for a government agency. After she graduated with the highest honours she was placed into a special division for the most skilled. 

"Good to see you again, 149" The man named Hwan greeted emotionless before she entered. He was always like this, but it never bothered her. He was actually a nice guy once you got to know him. He was just plain for his age, most people his age in the agency were energetic and lively. But Aeri and Hwan had the same expressionless face on most of the time and the same bored voice when you spoke to them anytime of the day, because of this they were labeled the Joyonghan Twins; joyonghan meaning quiet in korean. Anyways, Hwan was the only one Aeri really spoke to once in awhile when she got the chance. "Please finish the course we have set up this week and then you may leave."

"Yes," Aeri replied just as emotionless. The only person she had ever shown her cheerful side was her grandfather; the man who'd saved her so long ago. He had been there for all her accomplishments and milestones, he showed her the kindness she never got from others as a child.

She moved her neck from one side to another in order to relax her muscles a bit before starting. The course had been created with a different theme every week, this week was titled Hell's flames. She didnt really care for the changing themes none were exceptionally challenging for her, she was the ace of her league. She did actually enjoy last weeks theme for her strange love of animals, last week was wildlife safari. It had lions, gorillas, jaguars and other fearsome creatures from all around the animal kingdom that they had actually starved for a week. Any normal sane person would bolt out room once they saw the lions but not Aeri; for she was not at all a normal nor sane person. She was fearless, or so she thought.
