The weather had closed in. It was getting distinctly colder and right at that moment, it began to rain. I let the raindrops slowly engulf me; my vision was blurry, I wasn't able to make out his modelesque like features from afar. There he was, the man I loved so deeply.

He scoffed.

It brought me back to reality.

Wait… Where did Siwon go?

A familiar face appeared in place of Siwon’s .

Kris?

‘Slap me.’

The man took my right hand and brought it close to his face.

‘Don’t even joke like that, pass me my car keys.’ I said.

‘I’ll let you leave if you slap me in the face first.'

I refused to accommodate to his nonsense, after all, he was my best friend. I wasn’t going to allow myself to hurt anyone, especially him.

‘You need to get this out of your system. Hit me as hard as you can and it’ll help you forget him.’

Him.

'Don't leave me. I won't leave you again... I'm so sorry...' Siwon said with that husky voice of his, I vaguely remembered.

How could he do this to me? He ditched me upon learning about my condition, unable to accept my tainted future.

I slapped him across the face. Hard.

Kris felt it sting, yet he ignored the excruciating pain and looked deeply into my eyes.
 

‘I’ll give you one last shot. This time, you’ll have to imagine me as him. I can tell that your previous hit was held back.’

‘I don’t want to,’ I hissed. How could I?

‘I would never leave you. I promise. I really promise.’

Memories of his words that night filled my head once more, stimulating the wrath in me.

I slapped again, hard, one last time, and he caught my hand this time.

Unexpectedly, he pulled me into his arms, his mouth inches away from mine.

‘I told you, I will make you forget every single detail about him,’ Kris whispered, before ravaging my lips with his. He my lips, spreading it open and sought my mouth with his tongue. He bit into my tongue and it hurt as bad as my slap. He pushed me back hard against my car, kissed me even harder.

He didn’t have time to think about how everything made sense now; instead, he could only think of getting more of her tongue, giving her a whole new experience of making out, not with Siwon, not with anyone else, but him.

He had an unrecuited love for her since young, and he was always there to accompany her through all her previous break-ups, and was willing even willing to stay by her side after learning about her split personalities. He had suspected her condition way back, but ignored it out of pure love for her. He accepted all her flaws, relinquished all her positive traits, he loved his best friend wholeheartedly.

‘I love you,’ she moaned in pleasure.

She loves me. 

‘I love you, Siwon ah…’

He stopped. .

A single drop of grief welled up at the corner of his eye, and suddenly, the dam broke. Hot torrents of grief coursed down his face, mingling with the rain.

I’m sorry, I ed up again.

I broke down & fell onto the floor, with my hands covering my wretched face. My racking sobs lost in the winds, yet I could still feel his grip onto me.

‘Forget about him, love me. I will understand you,’ Kris whispered into my ears, before tightening his arms around me.

I love you, even your flaws.

This fic will alternate between 3 POVs - Tiffany, Kris & the third person's. It might be confusing for some of you, if so, use your heart & try to read it all over. I try extremely hard to express the feelings of my characters to all of you, & thus, it is necessary for us to have that author-reader connection in order for one to fully enjoy what I write.
