It wasn't long until the two young adults fell asleep, their hands tangled together, their faces inches apart, and their breaths at a steady pace.   They looked so peaceful, so tranquil, so perfect....any sane person who saw them would think they were a loving couple. Yet, that was not the case; in reality, they were just broken people searching for comfort.   As darkness overtook the house, Aeri's eyes slowly fluttered open. She forced herself to not let out a gasp as she realised where she was; in Jongin's embrace. She stared at his handsome face, his tanned skin and his thick lips that completed his stunning look. She didn't really understand though, such a guy like him, why would he care about her? Maybe, she was just another one of his toys, another girl who he was going to play with and then throw ruthlessly away. With a shaky breath, she slowly unclasped their entwined fingers, and gently let herself out of his right grasp.   She tip-toed away from the couch, opening the door that greeted her with the fresh air and the illuminated moon that shone on her.   She in a deep breath, and walked away into the darkness, her heart hammering with fear after remembering the call she received earlier.   The caller had been her stepdad. ---------- Jongin was silently trudging to class with Sehun and Chanyeol, not uttering a single word. To say he was angry was an understatement, he was absolutely burning in rage and fury.    When he woke up to find Aeri not in his arms, he was at first worried sick. Then, the worry became anger when he realised that she had left him. He didn't know why he was so mad, but he felt a sting of pain knowing that she didn't trust him enough to stay, even though she was in danger. Oh, Jongin had definitely heard the call from her dad, he presumed, and he couldn't help but wonder who exactly was that monster to say such things to his girl. Well, technically Aeri wasn't exactly his possession, but nonetheless, he felt the need to protect her.    He ignored and blocked out whatever his mates were saying, as he sat on his usual seat, a few seats behind Aeri, who was looking as serene as ever, calmly sitting there. What infuriated Jongin the most was that she wasn't even glancing at him. He was almost non-existent to her.   He couldn't even concentrate in class as the professor droned on, and all Jongin was thinking about was her. This definitely wasn't usual for the well-known playboy, to be thinking about a girl for more than a day. Yet, Shim Aeri was different, she was an angel, a fragile angel sent from heaven, unlike all the other s he knew. Funny, because just  a day ago he had treated her as nothing but a ; things were different now.   As soon as class ended, and a crowd of people started heading to their next class, Jongin stealthily approached Aeri. Swiftly, he grasped her by the wrist, and pulled her into the janitor's closet without gaining anyone's attention.   She almost screamed

Chapter 5: This story is really good! But it was kind of abrupt when it suddenly jumped to 5 years later. Then what happened to the mental girl? I mean, she couldn't have possibly been sent to the mental hospital again, right? She didn't do anything mental. But this story was still awesome regardless. Good job!
