Streetlord

Description

So this may get a little confusing but I'll try to make it as not confusing as possible! So the chapters will stay in one gang per chapter but will probably switch POV's in it between members.

So if its a Super Junior chapter, it will be like

SJ: and then the chapter name

Block B it would be

BB: chapter name

And Exo

XO: chapter name

WARNING: SWEARS

What also would be confusing is the street vocab that I sorta made up for this story, I will star the new ones and tell you what they what they mean.

So I won't start this fanfic unti l finish with Just Another Fantasy (Angel). So maybe a little more than a week, about.

This will have EunHae and Baekyeol, definitely, and a lot of other ships, but they're gonna be a suprise! Hahahahaha. I'm so evil. Not really.

Anyway, please comment and subscribe cause it really makes me sooooooo happy:)

And if you like Jongkey or EunHae, than I have Just Another Fantasy(Angel) which is EunHae, and An Assassin's Eyes, which is Jongkey. And others. Thanks!

In Iksan, you hear guitars strumming, a hat laying on the ground next to the proformer topped with coins. The songs of the streets and the clamor of people override almost everything else, the splash of a stream of water on a fountain base only heard from a meter away. The tourist shops and people are everywhere, sunglasses perched on their noses and money in their pockets. The sun shines down on the streets, and dazzles in every reflective surface. Booths, in shades of every color imaginable, are scattered throughout.

You could write for hours about what you see stretched out on the grass, what you hear from the speakers at the little bar on the corner. What the street dancers you saw did. But this isn't about what you see, what you hear, what you're aware of.

This story is about the life in the shadows, hidden in the back alleys, where the sun barely shines. This story is about what happens at night, when the alleys come alive. This is about the people living, not noticed at all in the day, barely at night. This is about the gangs in The City, and the war that had flamed between three powerful groups.

This is a story about ambushes and captures, alliances and whispered words, love and war. This is their story.

Block B: Almost nothing is known about them. Only the streetlord's name, Zico, and his bright, ice-colored eyes. None has stumbled across a member, at least, none that have lived. They are careful but deadly, never leaving the job unfinished.

Super Junior: The most known group in the gangs to the outside world, lead by the famous Hyukjae. Kids are told to steer clear, to fear the name, Hyukjae. His wanted posters pasted all over The City, far from anonymous. They are determined to gain the upper hand in this war. They have the largest reputation, and therefore have more to lose.

Exo: A new gang, but lethal. The streetlord is in hiding. The other member's names are clear, known, but the ruler is a mystery to everyone. They have nothing to lose, and are more dangerous for it, although they are young.

These are dangerous people. They are physically, at least, capable of almost anything. But they are not horrible people. They are not soulless. They are simply people who have stumbled on rough times, and have found a life within the streets. Street life is survival. Weakness means death, and so they are taught not to be weak. They have hearts. They love. They are just people. But they lead a hard life, and they must be strong.

Foreword

The sun was going down, orange and yellow. People started to retreat back into their safe homes, with those reassuring lights and flickering TV's and warm smiles. Ressuring to them.

But to me, the dark is beautiful. It is the time for movement, for action. I looked at the sky again, and then stood up. The pounding of feet on the roof could be heard, but he was right on time. I turned, reaching down until I felt my gun's end press into my palm. He ran up to me, stopped, and with a resentful glance at the gun in my waistband, he passed an envelope to me. Finally. The runner lifted his chin, looking me in the eyes like to scare me, and I flicked my hand in his direction. He didn't need to see this. He huffed, then took off.

I slid my fingers under the seal and broke it, opening the envelope. I poured it out onto the pavement, then when nothing exploded, I knelt down again, careful to keep my back to the wall. You never know who was out there. There was only a large, folded piece of paper. I flattened it on the ground.

IT HAS BEGUN.

So it has. Finally. I stood up abruptly, careful to put the paper back in the envelope and the envelope in my pocket. I strode to the edge of the roof, and in a smooth motion grasped the edge of the roof and slid into the window one story down, landing with barely a thud into the room. Across the room, a *sharder with red hair was sitting guard, facing the door, sliding a whetstone over a long, hooked knife that gleamed dully from the sun's light.

He glanced up as I entered, and inclined his head to me. "Boss."

I paused on my way through the door on the opposite side. "Keep your *shards sharp. You're going to need them."

*sharder= knife fighter

*shards= knives (shard is singular)

Chapter 1: ...
I know I said I'd read this.. (And believe me I feel horrible about this) but I think I'm going to have to say I can't. It sounds like a really great story. But I really feel strongly about not reading .
I hope you can understand.
