Back in Korea

“Bommie…I think something’s wrong with me and Jiyong” Dara suddenly said while they are both resting in the Teddy’s studio

“Did he cheat on you?” Bom was alarmed with Dara’s statement.

Bom knew the whole Dara and Jiyong love story… She know how much they loved each other and the idea of Jiyong cheating on Dara was the first thing that popped into her mind since Jiyong have been making weird likes and comments on both his IG and Twitter account.

“No Bom, Jiyong did not cheat, or at least I don’t think he did…” Dara sadly said

“Then what do you think is the problem” Bom asked again

“He changed Bom” Dara shortly stated

And with that short statement Bom fully understand what Dara meant. She has been observing Jiyong lately and she must admit that he did change drastically… She can’t deny that she can see that Jiyong still love Dara but something changed. She and Seunghyun discussed about it too.

=The phone call a few nights ago=

“How’s Dara?” Seunghyun asked her on the phone

“You called me this late just to ask how Dara is.  She’s fine Seunghyun, stop worrying about her, she’s a strong girl and I won’t let anything to harm her…By the way, what made you asked? Do you know something that I don’t know?”

“Nah…There’s nothing wrong, I just remembered that little rabbit, Take care of her Bom” Seunghyun requested

“Aisssst…you know I will Seunghyun, and if you weren’t so slow before you’re the one taking care of her…OH, by the way Seunghyun, Is Jiyong that busy that he’s been neglecting my Ssantoki?” Bom suddenly remembered how Dara kept on checking her phone the whole day

“Guess so, he’s been doing a lot of things lately, I wanted to talk to him for the longest time but our schedules is making it difficult. Ok Bom I have to go…sorry for waking you up” Seunghyun said

“Bom, are you ok? Why are you spacing out?” Dara flicked her fingers to get Bom’s attention

“Oh, sorry about that, I just suddenly remembered something, anyway, what made you say that Jiyong changed?” Bom asked

“Well, for one thing, when I ask him if he still love me, he’ll say where still together aren’t we? And lately he’s been partying too much at the same time working too much that I don’t know where to put myself in his busy schedule” Dara sadly confessed

“You know how much of a workaholic Jiyong is...it will pass Dara, just a little more patience will do” Bom tried to ease up Dara

“I don’t know Bom, We’re both girls and I know you know what I meant when I said something’s changed…It’s something that I can’t  directly point out…But I will one of this days Bommie, You know I want a man who’s unchanging right.” Dara said

“Just don’t make any sudden decision Dara, think about how long you and Jiyong have been together” Bom reminded her

“I know…But I’m no doormat Boomie, I love Jiyong but he is making it hard for me, if only he’ll say what’s really going on, it will be easier for me.”

“You’ll get through this Dara…But as of the moment let’s focus on our comeback” Bom cheered her up

=meanwhile in Japan=

“I need to talk to you Jiyong” Seunghyun firmly said

It caused the rest of the Bigbang Boys to worry;  they rarely see Seunghyun this serious.

“ Of course Hyung…What’s bothering you?” Jiyong immediately answer

“I need to talk to Jiyong alone” Seunghyun announced

It made Daesung and Seungri to scamper out of the room…Youngbae went to Seunghyun and tapped his shoulder and said “Go easy on him Hyung” then he walked out of the room

“Hyung, did I do anything wrong? You seem to be mad at me?” Jiyong innocently asked

“You’ve been ignoring Dara, you’ve been partying too much and if you’re not partying you lock yourself in the studio, just in case you forgot Jiyong, You have a girlfriend you’re suppose to spend some time with” Seunghyun narrated

“Aissst…I never thought that you being Dara’s best friend would nag me like this. Hyung, I was your dongsaeng first before you’re Dara bestfriend right?” Jiyong tried to be cute but it didn’t work on Seunghyun

“Not if I can see that you’re heading the wrong way Jiyong…As someone older and as Dara’s bestfriend I should put you on the right track” Seunghyun said while sitting down

“Now tell me Jiyong…You’re not someone that would neglect someone important in your life like that…Unless you’re doing it on purpose” Seunghyun’s statement caught Jiyong of guard

Jiyong knows his act has been busted. After all Seunghyun know him too well.

“Fine…I have been avoiding her” Jiyong said

“Why?” Seunghyun asked

“I need to make sure of something” Jiyong faintly said

“You need to make sure if you still love her? That’s why you’re avoiding her on purpose and hurting her along the way…Is that your plan Jiyong?” Seunghyun’s trying hard to be calm…he needs to understand Jiyong

“No Hyung…I never want to hurt Dara” Jiyong said

“Then what Jiyong? What is it that you want to make sure?” Seunghyun impatiently asked

“I want to make sure if we are heading the right way in our relationship…It’s hard to explain Hyung, but we used to like the same things before but now, it’s been really hard…I want her to spend time with and the clan (nuthang clan) but she keeps on refusing. When we’re at home I want to snuggle with her, but she wants to talk…I mean hyung Men are not made for talking right but girls…they just need to talk about every single thing.” Jiyong lengthy explain

“Are you going to break up with her?” Seunghyun asked instantly

“No hyung! What made you think that?! I love Dara we may be having some problem right now but that doesn’t erase the fact that we still love each other” Jiyong said

“Tell me honestly Jiyong…Do you still love her the same way that you loved her before?” Seunghyun asked again

Jiyong bowed his head and faintly said

“Something changed”

“I want you to think about this Jiyong, There is a thin line between love and habit”

Seunghyun said then went out the room leaving Jiyong dumbfounded

No matter how long Jiyong’s explanation is…It didn’t convince Seunghyun.

For Seunghyun if you love someone, you will make that person as comfortable as possible, and you would never do anything that would hurt that person even if it meant giving up the things you liked.

He know it too well because this is what he did before for Dara and Jiyong…He have always been inloved Dara, eversince he saw her, he knew that she captured his heart in an instance, but he can’t deny the compatibility between Dara and Jiyong before. He had to give way because he felt that Jiyong and Dara are meant for each other. But after talking to Jiyong, seems like he made the wrong decision before.

Nobody knew this except for Youngbae and Bom.
