It's been about 2-3 years since I have posted a story. I have left a few of my stories from before unfinished so they are probably deleted on Winglin (From Another Era, Mission A, Enfinitia Reservoir, and etc.)

Prologue:

As many of you know, there is a myth that the two people who are fated to be together are connected to each other by a red string of fate tied to their pinkies.

What ties us together?

Responsibilities? Loyalty? Faith? Lust? Greed? Love?

How does one differentiate love from their obligations to another? How can you tell how much you love a person? How do you show your love?

By being together all the time? Through kisses and hugs? From a grand proposal with a huge diamond ring?

I, Ella Chen, believe that love is when two souls connect with each other. I believe that when you love someone, you cannot fully express it and there really isn't a way to show how much you love a person. When you do find that special someone, you will know in a heartbeat that no matter what it is, you will do it for that person.

Many of my friends have told me I am a total idiot for falling so head over heels, but that's how I see love. That is why I have decided not to date for fun. I will date the person I think is the one. I mean, why waste your time on someone you're going to break up with? You've heard many people tell their life partner how they wish to have more time together and that the time left isn't enough. Well, if that is true, then why will I waste my precious time with someone else when I should be searching for my "the one"?

When I do meet him though, I know, I will never let him go.
