S.T.V stands for "Stealthy Tenacious and Vicious" and that's exactly what this group of spies are. All spies in this group are basically the elite. They're only one step below the main branch and spies from other branches try their hardest to get into this branch. Why? They know that once you're one step closer to the main branch and once you're in the main branch you're set for life. The downside? The missions are riskier. Every time the spies from this branch go out there isn't a guarantee that they'll come back, that's why only the elite are in this group. They know what they're doing and they do it well.
