"Just, leave me alone! I Don't want your lifts!" Kyungsoo threw the helmet onto the ground, grazing the metallic polish in rage. He gritted his teeth and clenched his fists. Chanyeol sat on his bike, his cheeks tinted pink. Kyungsoo stood in front of him, sharp, icy breaths hitting Chanyeol’s shades.
"You’re like a stalker! A freak!" He growled at Chanyeol. When the word ‘freak’ spun out of Kyungsoo’s mouth, Chanyeol froze, the apple in his throat rose before slowly bobbing back down. He sighed before taking his hand to the shades sitting on his face. Chanyeol slid the glasses off his face and looked down at them. He looked up at Kyungsoo with his sad, brown eyes. All the rage in Kyungsoo’s body was eased by the embarrassment he has caused in Chanyeol’s eyes. He felt his teeth and fists slowly relaxing, Kyungsoo blinked, he straightened up and looked down in shame,
"I-I’m sorry… I didn’t mean to shout" He swallowed. Kyungsoo heard Chanyeol sigh, he looked up to see the once grinning face now blank,
"Look, you’re right, I’ll go" Chanyeol said flatly. Kyungsoo felt his stomach wrench as Chanyeol slide back on his shades and huffed,
"Wait no sorry, sorry Chanyeol" Kyungsoo panicked, he felt the nerve he had hit with his insults. Chanyeol stopped, he sat on his bike and stared forward. An awkward silence settled over the two boys before Kyungsoo broke it apologetically,
"Chanyeol…" Kyungsoo whined, feeling bad and regret. To Kyungsoo’s surprise, I tiny twitch in Chanyeol’s lips created a smile. Kyungsoo stared at Chanyeol in confusion, 
"What?" Kyungsoo snapped. Chanyeol’s twitch turned into a wider grin then into a whispered giggle. He looked up the Kyungsoo and removed his glasses again,
"That’s the first time you’ve called me by my name, properly" He grinned. Kyungsoo’s  whole body relaxed and he felt himself smile back,
"I’m still sorry" he smiled at Chanyeol who was now back to the grinning guy he was,
"Don’t worry about it, I’ve heard worse" he patted a large hand onto Kyungsoo’s shoulder, trying to comfort him. Kyungsoo looked at Chanyeol, feeling guilty still, he smiled again before looking down. They both listened to the silence, Kyungsoo wallowing in guilt and Chanyeol in shame,
"I really didn't mean to come off like a stalker, I just wanted to be friendly.." he smiled at Kyungsoo, who looked sadly back at him. Kyungsoo nodded, realizing that this guy had given him lifts and help, maybe he was being too harsh on him,
"Well I have a few hours before I need to get home, you could come to the library with me?" Kyungsoo asked carefully, hoping to make up for his rudeness. Chanyeol smiled awkardly,
"The library...not my cup of tea but, I'll accept it" he teased a bit. He leant over the bike and picked up the helmet, Kyungsoo fiddled with his fingers as he was offered the helmet again. He smiled and put it on, sliding back onto the bike timidly. He held onto Chanyeols waist as the bike sputtered into action again.
