Description

Beneath the bright lights, the screams from the fans, the exhaustion from practice, and the thick make-up, Minseok feels himself being devoured quicker than ever by demons that whisper sweet curses in his ear and he's spiraling into something he can't control.

Hi. This is a bit different from my usual fics, I guess you could say, haha. It's a lot more serious and it does deal with mental illnesses and eating disorders, so, warning.

Chapter 2: it's really good that you wrote this. maybe people who know someone who is like minseok can now understand what's going through their mind. and people who are suffering like minseok can now understand how bad it is for your health to lose so much weight and how it hurts for the people who love you to see you going through this.

Chapter 1: This is so heartbreaking because it cuts so close to home. Xiumin is breaking my heart these days with how skinny he is. His face is naturally round so one wouldnt think to worry but his body is genuinely worrying. I wish i could tell him that he's so skinny its scary, but I can't and noone else seems to be making an effort for his health. i think this is the most mature portrayal of eating disorders i've seen on this website, and it's just really unsettling and brings up all of these old feelings but i just want to really, really thank you for this, as someone who understands ;;

Its sad to think so many idols think that their fat WHICH they are not I MEAN just stay healthy and happy!!! ALSO Xiumin your are so not fat!!

I cried reading this on livejournal, it just too heart breaking. I hate it when people called Minseok oppa fat, he not fat infact I think he is beautiful the way he is, and now he look so skinny that I'm fear he might break, I want my chubby cheek oppa back, not that I don't love the new him...I just miss my Minseok oppa and your story just make me realize how cruel the k-pop world is, thank you for writing such beautiful story, I can't wait to read it again here.
