Do goodlooking guys in the 21st century really act crabby, or I'm just really not attractive? I mean, if I looked attractive, for sure, Baekhyun would have asked me if I were okay. 

But he didn't.

Whatevs. I'm not changing myself just to seduce him, however, I need to try harder to earn my money. Or else, we'll be kicked out of our apartment.

On a similar note, there's Chanyeol. I knew that he was hiding somewhere in the 14th floor while I was doing my fake drowning show involving Byun Baekhyun. Indeed, Chanyeol was just lying on the floor of the training room, casually beatboxing.

Feeling cold and soaked in my clothes, I approached him. Chanyeol gave me a once over and laughed.

Oh okay. Chanyeol still wants to laugh? I am darn tired from pretending to drown, and he had the nerves to laugh? You'll get a piece of me.

"The only thing you should be laughing about is how immature you were for suddenly leaving me two years ago." I snapped at Chanyeol.

With that, Chanyeol was silenced like sheep. 

"After our Idol Star Athletic Championship tomorrow, I have decided to talk about what happened two years ago. Let's talk about it in the most civil way possible. Is that a deal?" He asked me. 

I nodded. "Deal."

And then I proceeded telling Chanyeol that I failed at capturing Baekhyun's interest while I acted like I was drowning. Chanyeol was in disbelief.

"That guy is so screwed these days. He rarely shows compassion. Believe it or not, we don't know why Baekhyun has been skipping practice nor why he's so addicted to partying. I'm his best friend, but I don't know why. He needs to be distracted, and you need to lure him in to practicing." Chanyeol replied frantically.

"There must be a reason why he's like that. If you don't know why, then are you sure you're his best friend?" I challenged him.

My question prompted Chanyeol to sit up. He finished the can of Chilsung Cider he was drinking.

"Seul Min, there are things that you should keep to yourself. There are words better left unsaid." He told me.

"You have a point, but I don't understand why it's such a big deal for you. You're not Baekhyun's mother, lest you're not his boyfriend for you to
