"Work for you???" I exclaimed, and my last syllable reached four octaves. Chanyeol smugged at me and succeeded to tug at my heartstrings.

"It'll be basic. I will pay you. You do something for me." He said, sure of himself. His smile was a meaningul one.

Or maybe, I'm just fantasizing that he will hire me as a fake girlfriend or some cliche fanfic-like stuff. NUH. I'M GOOD. 

I could no longer see the immature Chanyeol that he was. The Chanyeol I can see now is mature, driven, and confident.

And as for me, his ex-girlfriend, I'm still in the same ratty New Balance sneakers and faded skinny jeans. 

"Oh I'm sorry. I'm not stripping my clothes for you." I replied, half-jokingly.

Chanyeol gave me a semi-disgusted face. "Uh, Seul Min, no. This isn't a romance novel. I'm not hiring you to play as my maid or dirty nurse. Please. Nothing like that." He replied directly.

I rolled my eyes. "I know, but what do you want me to do? Enough of the Christian Grey vibe, okay? Please. Just tell me your offer."

Chanyeol cleared his throat. "Let's go somewhere quiet to discuss this. A deserted fire exit is not very conducive for this." He told me as he led the way to the exit.

We totally forgot about Baekhyun who passed out at the rooftop and proceeded to Bo's Coffee.
