Writer's Block
Description
Writing takes a lot of creativity, you know? And sometimes my brain just decides to flop out on me in the creativity department. I'm a writer, so that doesn't exactly work out. I rely on that creativity department to make a living, and guess what it does? It shuts down. And the Dara department gets all worked up, and I'm stuck at my desk daydreaming about Dara instead of daydreaming about my novel.
I hate writer's block.
Foreword
Beep.
I stop violently raking my fingers through my hair and peek over at my phone screen. It's lit up with a glaring reminder that the deadline for my novel is in two days.
TWO DAYS, KWON JIYONG!
What in the world am I going to do?! I still have two entire chapters to write, let alone edit it even a little bit! The editors are gonna kill me once they see how crappy I am at typing. Typo City, you know?
I glance back at my empty word document in exasperation before silencing the alarm on my phone. Sighing, my head falls on the table with a thump and I force myself to think.
Too bad, chants my stupid brain. Images of Dara start flashing up in my head, and as much as I'd like to lay here and just think about her all day, that isn't really an option right now. I groan in frustration, slamming my hands on the keyboard and letting my fingers hover over the keys as if that will give me more inspiration.
TWO DAYS!
