Joyce and EnEn arrive at the venue about 15 minutes late. There were no fans in sight which leaves both of the girls looking very puzzled. ‘I wonder if we are at right place.’ Joyce thought to herself as she checked her GPS again. ‘This is the place alright. Maybe the fans already went in?’ Joyce looked up and saw EnEn sneaking around the entrance obviously looking for ways to get in when a security guard came out. ‘He sure doesn’t look friendly.’

 “What is he saying Joyce?” EnEn ask, looking worried.

“He’s saying that we can’t come in without the VIP passes.” Joyce translated the main point of the one sided conversation.

Joyce tried to converse with the guard to compromise getting into the event without the tickets when a tall man walks towards them and motion for the bodyguard to go in.

“Annyonghaseyo!” The man greeted. “Are you girls here for the event?” He asked. “Thank you for coming. Come on in” He ushered the girls in. The man then puts on a pink colored tag on Joyce’s right wrist. “Please have this on you throughout the whole event.” He explains as he puts on a similar tag for EnEn.

“Kamsahamnida” The girls replied, looking at each other in amazement.

DongHo’s Point of View:

I already have tonight’s event line ups at the back of my head. We’re going to have:

1. A brief interview about our 3^rd collage album.
2. Performance~ Standing Still, 0330 and Believe.
3. A short break to interact with the audience.
4. (I’m not supposed to know about this  but I found out anyways) Post mini birthday celebrations for me.
5. Autograph session

After that, we’ll be calling it a day. I hope to return the iPhone to EnEn somehow.

The interview had just started, I wonder if my hyungs find it weird that I’ve been actively answering questions tonight. I hope I wasn’t being too obvious…

*EnEn’s tweets* ~ ‘Prince DongHo, I wish you would talk more during interviews’

I could feel the disappointment in her tweet. Since her focus was only me, she must have been really down watching UKISS interviews, while anticipating more from me but I barely react to questions unless my hyungs prompted me. If I was in her shoes, I’d feel terrible. Well… I’m only doing this as a fan service. Yes, just a fan service.

Within minutes of the interview I spotted EnEn.  How could I not? She’s the most outstanding one in the crowd. The time passed by really quickly and before I knew it, it was the segment that the boys supposed to have a surprise birthday celebrations for me. Well, it’s not much of a surprise since I already knew about it.

I hear Kevin hyung’s voice calling my name ever so sweetly as he walks out with a cake in his hands but SooHyun hyung stopped him and take the cake away. Then he gathers all my hyungs to have a secret discussion without me. Err… ok… What’s going on here?

“Shall we ask KissMes to do something Special for our maknae?!” Eli hyung start to heat up the crowds.

“KissMes should sing him a birthday song!” Hoonie hyung suggested and our KissMes starts to roar excitedly.

“Are you ready KissMes?” KiSeop hyung does that y walk that never fails to make the girls wild.

I was laughing while shaking my head. Hey, I thought this was my night? Is he trying to take away the lime light from me?

“No, no, no…” AJ hyung wiggles his pointed finger before turning to shot a mischievous grin at me. “Let’s make this more interesting. Why not, let the birthday boy chose 1 lucky fan up on stage and that fan will sing for him!”

“Just a birthday song? That’s not challenging enough!” Eli added. “The song must be a confession of loveeeee on his birthday!”

What? OMO… Who should I pick? Should I pick EnEn? Will it be too obvious? Without thinking, my hands naturally pointed to EnEn’s direction and asked her to make her way to the stage.

Everything seems blurry to me after she got on stage; all I could hear was her sweet voice dedicating a song just for me.

It seems like almost naturally, I bend over to give EnEn a hug immediately after she sang the song for me. "Thank you EnEn." I whispered into her ears before pulling away from her. I could tell that EnEn had a ‘Did he just call me by my name?' look all over her face. I just flash my innocent boyish smile that she always swoons about on twitter. My hyungs are about to wrap things up by thanking EnEn for coming up on stage. I casually put my arms over EnEn held out the mobile with the other hand. “Say kimchi!”

EnEn sat at the window seat on the plane looking out to enjoy the last few minutes of being in Korea before the plane takes off. Her trip to Seoul had been one roller-coaster ride. If not for Joyce, she have no idea how she would survive this long. EnEn took out the picture card that DongHo signed earlier.

‘Was it just me? He looks sincerely happy tonight.’ EnEn wonder. ‘He talks more during interviews, he look totally perfect from head to toe, he smiles a lot and it’s the most sincere smile I’ve seen in ages… and he… he calls me by my name…’ Tears form at the corner of her eyes. This time, it was tears of Joy. ‘DongHo finally knew of my existence…’ EnEn knows that in the life of an artist, people comes and go and fans who doesn’t appear frequent enough will soon fade off from their memories but to know there was once a memory shared between them, it was enough for her. ‘Wait a minute, DongHo took our photo together but I didn’t ask him for it!’ EnEn wipes her tears and pouted her lips.

“Please switch off all electronic devices, we are preparing for take-off” Just when the announcement was made, a notification alarm was heard coming from EnEn’s handbag. The people sitting next to her give her give cold stares, obviously annoyed.

“Sorry…” EnEn murmured, she pulled out the table and her handbag ‘How can it be me? I lost my iPhone!’ EnEn starts pouring out everything from her bag when an iPhone popped out. ‘What? How could it be?’ She slides the unlock button of the phone to reveal DongHo’s tweet - a photo of them together.

EnEn switches off her iPhone; she looks out the window and says in a whisper, “Goodbye Korea...”
