Foreword
It's been 4 months since we separated; this month should have been our 1st anniversary.
"We need to separate for awhile, we're going to debut soon so I'll be spending more time practicing. Our company forbids idols to date too, Its part of the contract that we signed and if I don't follow, I'll be removed from the group. I'm sorry Yongbin, please understand. This is important for me."
But those past painful days without him was nothing; I was able to see him on the television today performing with his labelmates, he was in a group called EXO. And today was also their Debut stage. He was smiling, and it made me feel happy and contented. I couldn't deny the fact that I miss him so much so even with knowing the consequences of seeing him again, I did. I went to their company that day; I had the sudden urge to see him and tell him; "Congrats on your debut." with a sincere smile.
"You'll wait for me right?"
His sweet and gentle words kept echoing in my head as I walk on to the same road we use back when he was still a new trainee;
"I'm sorry, we're pretty busy right now. I'll leave you a message after."
And day after day; it disappeared, just like how our feelings did. There was no more time for communication.
When I got to their company; I quickly went to the room they use to practice and saw a group of boys walking down the hallway. s looked at me and greeted me as they passed by. None of them knew the relationship me and Kai had. When my eyes finally caught him, I called out but to my surprise he walked passed me as if he didn't see anyone at all.
At that moment, I knew, I knew that everything was over. He never contacted me, all those times it was just me who was being worried. I knew but I acted like I didn't just for the sake of holding on to this trivial thing called love.
