It's time to get a girl group. 

 

Bora had succeed, just as Kangta. 

Super Junior is not going as well as I wished.

Smile is disbanding.

If we keep going like this, SM will be broken.

 

I have two pillars, but I need more to make my way on Korea's entertainment world. 

And first, we have to set up the rules.

 

I look at these childish guys, who play together even in their recess time.

They are too naive, too friendly.

They don't know that the world is full of competition, they they must be ambitious to get their dreams. There is no time felt for playing, it's time to take it seriously.

 

How to make them know? How to make these kids grow mature?

Competition.

"Guys, we will start the new project. This time will be a girl group. Since guys are not taking this seriously, I now pronounce, that I will let ONE group debut. The rest will keep training till future changes." 

 

I told them. The room is filled with newbies. Boys were shocked as they looked towards the girls, who are their biggest competition.

 

Yes, they look worried. They will work harder.

 

"AND, let me tell you, smile is disbanding. Work harder if you want to succeed. Remember, just one group will debut soon." 

 

I said and left, they bowed and after that, a torment was going to start.

 

"Just a group? How's that possible?!"

 

"We have to make it." Sooyoung said. The girls nodded while the guys fired killer glances towards them.

 

"Girls fighting!" 

 

"Guys fighting!" 

 

So, the war between boys and girls started. this will be fun.

Author's POV

 

The set of rules came out, it was pasted on every dancing, singing, acting, language learning class. 

It said the following:

 

FOR TRAINEES

 

1. As for the contract, it will last 13 years at least.

2. Sm has the right to choose who will debut, as for the rest, will remain trainees or back dancers.

3. Trainees live in Sm dorms from Monday - Friday

4. Trainees have no salaries.

5. Trainees can't get involved in rumors.

6. Trainees pay for own food, but have to follow diet orders.

7. If a trainee decides to leave Sm, he/she will have to pay for the training sessions they've had.

8. The songs, lyrics that trainees write will be used by Sm freely.

 

FOR IDOLS

 

1. Every year must have at least 1 comeback, being Korean, Japanese, Chinese, English.

2. Idols are not allowed to date or get in rumors.

3. Idols from different can't visit other's dorm.

4. Idols must pay for: food, transportation, managers by themselves.

5. Idols must adapt to the topic that Sm plans.

6. The salary will be 10% of the incomes in Korea.

7. The tours, or disks out of Korea will credit 20% of incomes.

8. From the incomes credited, idols have to arrange themselves.

9. CF's, dramas and personal projects will give the idol 35% of income.

10. If an idol is late for a show or program, he/she/they is/are fully responsible.

11. If an idol makes a mistake on the performance, he/she/they is/are fully responsible.

12. The projects are approved by Sm, and the schedule is arranged by managers.

13. Idols must accept subunits organized by Sm.

14. Sm can add more rules.

Trainees read the whole bunch of information. The passion for shining in front of fans made them accept, though they didn't approve the harsh treatment. But why can they do? They are kids, after all.

 

Girls locked themselves in a room, practicing dance steps and everything while boys did the same in the other room. The company was now divided into 3: Idol sumbaes, trainees (boys) and trainees (girls).

Just the idol group remained in peace. The rest two groups were battling everyday.

TVXQ

 

The first group arising. Teachers had their eyes on these five guys. They had been training for a while and they were the best at vocals, dancing, looks and acting. *fact

Lee SooMan was glad to see them having some extra training time. Just the five of them, at midnight, continued training with a special coach.

 

The rest of groups and people didn't know at all. Future TVXQ were asked to keep it as a secret.

Tvxq weren't surprised about this group, they were afraid. Afraid cause Smile had disbanded, and they could face the same fate.

 

 

Super Junior

 

The rest of the guys that weren't selected for Tvxq, and whose contract were still long… Sm didn't know what to do with them, so they grouped them and named them SJ. *fact

 

But they never knew about it. Instead, they were happy to be named.

"Look what we have here, Super Girls? haha, so pathetic" a boy mocked.

 

The girls rolled their eyes. Boys felt happy that they were heading, while the girls were often been scolded by the trainers.

 

"You look like a boy, don't you want to join SJ?" Another guy teased, playing with Sooyoung's hair.

 

"Hands off, ugly jerk" Sooyoung shoved his hand away as she looked down, making it obvious that she was taller.

 

"Horrible giant." He said.

 

Sooyoung's fist was clenched, but the girls grabbed her to avoid the fight.

 

"C'mon girl~ We're about to debut~ And you'll remain forever trainee. hahaha" They left laughing.

 

"Sack of cockroaches!! You'll pay for this!!" Jessica yelled.

 

The girls bonded more and more as the guys were harsh to them. They laughed, mocked, even played pranks on them. 

And not only that, they were having a bad time since their friends were leaving due to the harsh training. Girls were replaced by other ones. New trainees joined making their schedules delay.

Their group consisted of tons of girls, as the counterpart of SJ.
