THE DEBUT.
Finally! Sour Blackberry has debuted with some amazing songs! YG's strategy was very interesting, as the kids have a girl debut, a boy debut and a co-ed debut.
All three songs, and the rest of the songs on their album “Blue Trainers”, are very catchy and I definitely recommend you listen to them!
Girl's debut? It's Hoot.
The girls, Shanie, Joahn and Haneul, are debuting with their sassy song 'Hoot'. It's very stylish and any diva will like it. Warning, the dance is very suggestive! e u e; /slapped.
( so yeah, I chose Hoot for the girls! I hope you don't mind o u o; And seeing as SNSD never wrote that song in this world, the dance is different, because I wanted it to be very seductive. You'll see why in the first chapter e u e; So imagine anything y and stylish for the dance ~ c: )
Boy's debut? It's What's Happening.
The boys, Apollo, Ming and Tommy are debuting with their adorable song 'What's Happening?'. It's a sing-along type of song and the video is really cute. Unlike the girls' dance, this dance is very simple and cute, you'll be able to follow it easily! o u o
( and for the boys, I chose What's Happening, because it's my current jam orz And it's so adorable, I'm sure you all love it too right? The dance here is pretty much the same because I'm too lazy to imagine anything different /slapped. Also, you'll see the dance in the first chapter. Gosh, so much going on in chapter 1! xD )
Kid's debut together? It's Lollipop.
Altogether, the kids are debuting with Lollipop. Like What's Happening, it's a cutsie song - but only at the beginning. This is where YG's general streak comes in, because at first the song is cute and then changes to a stronger beat. Like What's Happening, the dance is simple and easy to follow - but you'll need other people to practice it with! Have fun, kids o u ob
OTHER SINGLES.
Other songs on the album include 2 solos and 2 duets! The first song, 'Miss Korea' is a mature, sassy song sung by Suhyun. Although she is still so young she can come across as a grown woman and already understands what true beauty really is. The second is an English song cover by Tommy. He will be covering Arctic Monkey's 'Teddy Picker'. Apparently that is one of his favourite songs and he begged to have a cover on it on the album! The third song is a beautiful duet called 'Rose'. It is sung by Suhyun and Joahn - and it will truly blow your mind. The song is so delicate, so pain-filled, so absolutely amazing, I must say the girls did a really good job. Especially Haneul, since she was the one who wrote the song. Now, last but not least, is a fun, silly song by Junsoo and Ming, featuring Tommy. The song is called 'Never Give Up'. A truly inspirational song with a good beat, it's very easy to dance and sing along to.
