Taemin didn't dare face Naeun. He was embaressed, he didn't even know why he chose to go to detention. He didn't even get caught, yet he's there sitting beside her. 

He groaned in his chair. Only 1 hour and tons of minutes later. 

His attention turned back to Naeun, she looked straight at the board. He noticed her long curly eyelashes and the way she would pout every now and then. His insides felt like they were doing back flips, but he didn't know why. 

"Yah.. Pabo Naeun." He called out. 

Naeun glared at him in reply. Taemin chuckled. Naeun's face dropped. She looked..sad. 

Taemin was mentally panicking. He didn't know what to do when a girl cried, escically when he wants them to stop. "S-stop crying.." He said embaressed. 

She whiped her tears with the back of her hands and digged into her bag. She pulled out her note book and started writing. 

"Do you sing?" 

"Yeah.. I'm in SHINee.. We dance and sing." 

Naeun rolled her eyes. "Can you sing to me?" 

Taemin was once again at a loss for words. He was only like that with Naeun.. He thought it felt special if he acted differently around someone. None the less he started singing. 

His beautiful voice filled the room. The melody that he sang made Naeuns body lightly bounce with the beat. He watched as Naeun was starting to get closer to him. 

He began to get nervous. He didn't know what to do. He just sang while looking at her eyes. She reached out her hand. 

Taemin stared at it. She gently placed it on his throat. He continued to sing. 

Naeun closed her eyes and felt the vibrations resounding into her. Tears began to fall. She felt as if she finally got her voice back. She felt like she could talk all over again. 

Taemin didn't know what to do. Naeun cried. His singing wasn't that bad. He brought his hands to her face and gently whiped the tear away. 

"Naeun-ah.. Don't cry.." He gently said. "What's wrong?"

She only cried. 

"I understand.." He said in a hushed tone, "You don't need to tell me, just don't cry.." 

She nodded as she whiped the tears away and smiled at Taemin.

He smiled right back. 

Naeun was at the practice room waiting for her stupid and LATE partner to show up. He was already 20 minutes late, the rest of SHINee was already there with their partners. 

She mentally sighed as she started making her way to the practice room without him. 

"Boo!" A voice scremed. 

She mutely screamed. The man laughed she turned around expecting her late and annoying partner Taemin, but instead she found Kim Jonghyun. 

Naeun bowed polietly. 

"Haven't seen you in awhile." He said smiling. 

Naeun took out her notebook and started to write, "Same here oppa."

He grinned. "I didn't expect you to be Taem's partner."

"I didn't either. I guess it just happened that way."

He laughed. "I was actually going to ask you to be my partner.." He said sheepishly while rubbing the back of his neck. 

"I'm so sorry oppa!" 

He smiled, "It's okay." 

Naeun smiled in return. 

An awkawrd cough caught the two's attention. Jonghyun and Naeun turned around to see a very upset Taemin. Jonghyun wasn't amused with the makanes behaviour and Naeun.. she was shocked. She hadn't seen Taemin that upset since the first time they've met.

Taemin rolled his eyes as he grabbed Naeun by the wrist and pulled her out of the room. Despite the protests from all his hyungs who were already mad at him for being late, he still went.

He didn't know where, but he just had to get her away. He needed to get her away from Jonghyun. If they were together then he starts to feel uneasy.

His property should be his.. and only his.
