Tiffany's POV

I know this is my last day, and tomorrow I have no life anymore. But I don't cry. I am suffering cancer for 1 years and now I can't be alive anymore. My phone rang. I looked at it.

"Hello." I answered it.

"Fany-ah, this is Sica." She said.

"Sica-ah." I said.

"Fany how are you? I hope you are fine." She said.

"Well, fine but I will die tomorrow." I said.

"Yah, don't say like this." She said. I know she is sobing. I smiles.

"It is true, Sica." I said.

"Yah, don't say. Siwon oppa might cry." She said and cry.

"Sica-ah, don't cry please." I said.

"Okay, get well soon." She said in english.

"Okay." I said.

“Sica-ah, I want to spend my last day with Siwon oppa can you please do it for me?” I asked.

“Arraso, I will do it for my best friend.” She said and I heard her sobbing in the phone.

“Sica-ah, if you love me please don’t cry. Arraso?” I said.

“I will.” She said. Sica-ah, thanks for being my best friend.

Then she hung up the phone. I want to spend my last day with Siwon oppa, please god make my last day happy with my Siwon oppa. My tears start to flow and I cry. I am so unlucky.

Siwon's POV

"Siwon-ah, are you okay?" Donghae asked me.

"Fany is not well now. She will die soon." I said and cry.

"Siwon-ah, what happen you are a strong guy why are you like this?"

“Nothing, Donghae-ah.” I said.

“It is okay, Jessica just phoned me that Tiffany want to see you.” He said.

“Arraso, I will go now.” I said.

“You better make her some surprise party.” Donghae said.

“Hmm, okay. You make it.” I said.

“Okay, call her to Sweet Park.” He said.

“Arraso.” I said and left Donghae behind. I want to make her last day meaningful. 

Then I went to Tiffany’s house.

*Ring Dong*

Her mother come and open the door.

“Hi, Mrs. Hwang.” I greeted.

“Siwon-ah, what brought you here?” Her mother asked.

“Can I take Tiff along with me? She said she want to spend her last day with me.” I said. Her mother cried.

“Mom, don’t cry. I am always there for Fany.” I said.

“Arraso, I wish I could have a son-in-law like you.” She said.

“Don’t worry, mom. I am always your son.” I said and smiles.

“Okay, go in. she might waiting you. I trust you please make Fany happy.” She said.

“Arraso, mom.” I said and smiles.

Then I went into Tiffany’s room.

Tiffany’s POV

*Ring Dong*

My mom go and open the door. I heard Siwon oppa talking with mom. Then he came in.

“How is my babe?” He asked.

“Fine.” I said while putting my ear rings.

“Babe, you are fatter.” He said.

“Jinja? Oppa, don’t treat me like a patient.” I said.

“Arraso, princess let’s go.” He said and we went out.

“Tiffany-ah, have fun.” Mom said.

“Arraso, oppa let’s go.” I said.

Then we went out. He called me to Sweet Park.

No one’s POV

Siwon called Tiffany into the Sweet Park.

“Oppa, why there are no people.” Tiffany asked.

“Today, I hire this.” He said with his killer smile.

“Oppa, Gomawo for everything.” She said.

Siwon looked at her and she looked so pale.

“Are you okay, Tiffany?” Siwon asked.

“Ne” she said.

“Let’s go in.” Siwon called in the park and in the center of the park there was a table with candlelight.

“WOW! It is so nice oppa.” She said.

“Yes, this is for you.” he said. Then they eat their dinner together.

After that,

“Oppa,” Tiffany called.

*cough cough*

“Are you okay, Fany-ah?” Siwon asked.

“I am.”

*cough cough*

“Oppa, please sleep with me today. Only this day.” She begged.

“Arraso, but you better go to hospital now.” Siwon said. Tiffany shook her head.

“I don’t want to oppa.” She said.

*cough cough*

There are some blood come out from and nose.

“Fany-ah.” Siwon shouted.

“Oppa, I am okay.” She said.

“Please only my last night.” She begged.

“Arraso.” Siwon said and they went to the beach.

“Warr, it is so nice here. I want to see the sunset before I die.” Tiffany said she is on the back of Siwon.

“You will have to see with me.” Siwon said.

“Arraso.” Fany said while riding on Siwon’s back.

Then the sunset.

“I love it.” Tiffany said.

*cough cough*

“Fany are you okay?” Siwon asked.

“Ne” she said.

“Let’s go in the hotel.” Siwon said.

“Oppa, promise me that you won’t be crazy when I die.” Tiffany said.

“I promise.” Siwon said but tears are on his eyes. Then they reached on their hotel. He let Tiffany slept on the bed.

“Oppa, I am too afraid to leave.” She cried.

“Don’t cry, Fany-ah.” Siwon said and hugged her.

*cough cough*

Blood come out from their mouth and nose.

“Fany-ah, are you okay?” Siwon asked.

“I am.” She said.

“Oppa, hug me.” Tiffany said. Siwon hugged her tight. Then he kissed on her lips both are crying. Then Siwon hugged her tight. Then Tiffany fall asleep.

“Fany-ah.” Siwon called. No respond. He know that she has dead.

“Fany-ah.” He called.

“FANY-AH.” He shouted and cry.

“Why do you leave me?” Siwon cried and hugged her tight.

(3months later)

Siwon’s POV

Today, it is already 3 months that Tiffany left me. Now, I came to Sweet Park. I bumped with a girl.

“I am sorry.” I said.

“That’s okay.” She said. I was so shock she looks definitely looks like with Tiffany.

“Aren’t you, Tiffany Hwang?” I asked.

“Ani, my name is Hwang Mi Young. But you are familiar to me.” She said and smiles. I think Tiffany is Mi Young.

“I am Choi Siwon. Mi Young-sshi, can you be my friend? That replace my Tiffany?” I asked.

“Why not? As long as you are my missing oppa.” She said.

“What do you mean?” I asked.

“Someone said that I will meet with someone who is caring to me. And his name is Choi Siwon. So you are my missing oppa.” She smiles with her eye smile like Tiffany did.

“Mi Young-sshi, will you go out with me?” I asked.

“Of course.” She said and hugged me.

I looked at the sky. Tiffany-ah, I hope you like her as she is the same with  you. I miss you, Fany. Then I smiles.
