Description
*Set a few years before Egyptian Cotton.
With senior year behind them and graduation a week ahead of them, Jacqueline attempts to deal with her two friends and an unending attraction between her and a certain dark haired boy. And just so everyone knows: Twister and alcohol never mix.
Raquel "Raven" Santos
Brazilian American.
Night owl and likes to stargaze.
Loves to travel and learn about different cultures.
Amira Ahmed
Half Filipino & half Somali. Came to America with her parents when she was 4yrs old.
Comes off like the "rebel" but actually she just wants to live her life by her standards.
Loves motorcycles, eating, and her short hair.
Wants to be a photographer one day.
Fiercely protective of her friends, but is good at hiding it.
Jacqueline "Jacq or Jac" Westwood
Black American.
Is very organized and has a wicked memory.
Hopeless romantic. Has never had a boyfriend but doesn't mind waiting until the right guy comes.
Wants a good job that makes good money but also wants to travel the world one day.
Has a great personality and is very caring, but doesn't let people in easily.
Foreword
“Who was it with? Do I know him?”
Before Raven could respond the doorbell rang for the second time that evening. Jacqueline got up with raised eyebrows wondering who it could be.
“Oh…I forgot to mention I kind of told Kris he could stop by…oops.” Amira shrugged her shoulders for what seemed to be the millionth time that evening. She was lucky, very lucky, because if it had been anyone else Jacqueline would have said no and meant it. She knows Kris as Amira’s “calmer half” and likes him. He was good for Amira. At least one person in their relationship was composed.
Jacqueline forced herself up and almost fell to one side. I didn’t even drink that much…
Author's Note: Hi all. This is this story is set a few years before Egyptian Cotton. I'm going to make a way for all of the characters to come together eventually.
