Changjo finally leaves about 5 minutes before L. Joe arrives. " I'm sorry to make you come here but he keep

bothering me for three days in a row. He's scary " I say. I look at his miserable face.

Changjo keep knocking like he wants to break the door into two. " I am sorry for leaving you alone here " he ruffles

his blonde hair. " It's okay. Ricky always come here. You don't have- " something in his pocket beeps loudly.

He pulls out his phone and look at it. " I have to go, " he says. His voice sounds sad, but maybe he's just tired. I nod.

He stand there for a moment, like he's unsure whether he should hug me or shake my hand or something. I just lift

my hand as if to wave.

L. Joe gives me a tired smile and turns to walk off. I take a deep breath. I still have a hard time seeing L. Joe. I close
