18 year old Lee Minyoung is supposed to start her last year of high school at hyehwa girls’ high school in Busan but due to an unforeseen unfortunate event, she is forced to move out and stay with her aunt in Seoul. Now she has to finish high school in a different school, Seoul Institute of Arts School. Her aunt owns a boarding house that is called to bring luck to the rightful ones who stayed and is staying. It is also close to the school and that’s where Minyoung is going to stay with 12 annoyingly gorgeous guys.
12 boys. 1 girl.
And 13 different personalities clashing.
Will they all be able to stand one another? Will great friendship bloom or will there be enemies and rivalry? Will Minyoung be lucky or unlucky again? Will her future be dark or bright? And will Minyoung find love with one of the boys?

- He pushes for peaceful conversations to solve problems and always buys the members delicious things. He’ll even check in with each and every member to see if they have any worries or concerns
Park Chan Yeol/ Chanyeol
- Nationality: Korean
- Specialty: Playing musical instruments (guitar, drum, bass, djembe), rap, acting
- Nickname: Happy Virus and Wealthy Teeth(For smiling all the damn time)
- He's a romantic person.
- His habit is following the rhythm with his hands.
-He is a bright guy with positive personality.
- He is always passionate about playing and learning instruments
-His thick voice is charming.
- When you’re by his side, you just start laughing no matter what.
Do Kyung Soo/ D.O.
- Nationality: Korean
- Specialty: Singing, beat box
- Nickname: Heenjabuja (rich in whites)
- He’s the cleanest member along with XiuMin
- He took up vocal lessons
- He has interests in becoming a chef and mostly cooks for the members.
- He has a habit of humming songs.
- He is a quiet person.
- He is really family oriented, good at organizing and picking up after them whenever they made mistakes.
- He is able to catch even the littlest things in the home.
- He looks cute, but he’s deep on the inside.
Byun Baek Hyun/ Baekhyun
- Nationality: Korean
- Specialty: Hapkido, piano
- Nickname: Bacon
- Chanyeol said that Baekhyun yelps like a dog like 40 times before falling asleep.
- He is unsociable and doesn't befriend people easily
- He is an obnoxious arrogant guy.

Kim Jong In/ Kai
- Nationality: Korean
- Specialty: Dance (ballet, jazz, hip hop, popping, rocking)
- Nickname: Kkamjong(Dark-skinned)
- He likes to be bossy.
- He’s really good at just about games.
- He is warm-hearted and he would like to treat everyone well, but when It comes to expressing feelings he gets awkward.
Oh Se Hun/ Sehun
- Nationality: Korean
- Specialty: Dancing, acting
- Nickname: Senshine
- He’s a former ulzzang.
- He loves to cry and is not scheming/manipulative person.
- His personality is shy, but when you get to know him he’s more lively.
- His habit is sticking out his tongue.
- He is playful and likes moving, or in the other words, he can’t stay still.
- He has an adorable lisp, that he’s not really good with the letter S.
- He keeps up with information about everything concerning Exo's life like assignments.
Kim Min Seok/ Xiu Min
- Nationality: Korean
- Specialty: Taekwondo, kendo
- Nickname: Lil’ Fattie (Little Fattie), Bao Zi (Little Bun)
- He has a chubby face and a cute grin.
- The next member that known with martial arts besides Tao.
- He is the neatest, strongest and cleanest member along with D.O.
Lu Han/ Luhan
- Nationality: Chinese
- Specialty: Soccer, Rubix cube
- Nickname: Marilyn Monroe, Cute Little Prince
- He doesn’t like others on his bed, he’ll kick them off if anyone gets on.
- He is easy-going person
- He likes clothes that are simple.
- His interests are animation, art, video games, computers, water sports, nature sports, basketball, baseball, football, music, concerts/clubs, television, animals, travel, singing and Rubix Cube.
Wu Fan/ Kris
- Nationality: Chinese-Canadian
- Specialty: Languages (English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean), basketball
- Nickname: Cowboy, Dduijang(DuiZhang or Leader)
- He enjoys reading books particularly self-improvement and inspirational.
- He’s very social and can talk to anyone.
- Kris sometimes speaks when he sleep, he speaks in English, Korean and sometimes even Cantonese.
- He knows magic tricks.
- He is the “Fashion King”
- He looks really cool, but the fact is, he is an innocent, obedient and naive boy.
Zhang Yi Xing/ Lay
- Nationality: Chinese
- Specialty: Guitar, dancing, piano
- Nickname: Xing Tuo
- He is an all-rounder.
Kim Jong Dae/ Chen
- Nationality: Korean
- Specialty: Singing, piano
- Nickname: Orange (Orange is Chen in Chinese)
- His main specialty is singing high-notes.
Huang Zi Tao/ Tao
- Nationality: Chinese
- Specialty: Martial arts
- Nickname: Peach (Tao is peach in chinese) and Kungfu Panda(Tao is goot at martial arts)
- He loves blue color, Western food, basketball and black cat.
- His favorite music is hip hop and R&B.
- He’s very conservative person.
- The member with the most aegyo.
Foreword
~Minyoung's P.O.V~
"Eomma, please... let me stay here," I begged for the hundredth time, my eyes bloodshot from crying. Eomma shook her head. I was begging her to let me stay here for the last few days but my eomma is so stubborn.
"No." she said in a firm tone. "You know you can't because i wouldn't be able to take care of you."
"Ah, Eomma~" i started again but she interrupted me.
"NO, Minyoung. You have to understand.Your appa's not here anymore and i will be the head of the company. I won't be able to take care of you anymore because i would be so busy while still training you big brother to be the next head... Please, sweetheart... Do this for me so i won't be worried about you. Your aunt will be there looking after you." she explained.
Then, she hug me. And i gave up.
"Eomma, i'll miss you and Yong-oppa and... appa," I said while crying over again. My eomma patted my back to calm me down.
"Me too, sweetheart. Me too..." she replied.
"I'll visit you there when i can." she promised as she let go of me and wiped my tears. And I nodded at her.
So, now i'm going to Seoul and meet my aunt and live with her and go to a school where i don't know anyone.
And i'm gonna graduate as a lone bummer...
I sighed heavily thinking of my dark future as i went to my room to pack up.
I must be the unluckiest girl... ever.
