"This is lame..Just kill me! Just kill me and get on with it!"

A certain brown-haired shortie started slamming her pretty face against the solid counter in front of her. It was exactly past 10pm in the evening, and even though it's past curfew time, she managed to sneak herself out of home just to achieve the taste of alchohol that she's been yearning for.

Taeyeon was at a newly opened bar, drinking herself to death if it's possible. 

"Kill me! Just kill me right now!" As she continued with her insanity, a pair of hands grabbed her shoulders in order to stop her from permanently damaging her face. Taeyeon lifted her face up to look at the person who interrupted her. "What?!" She harshly snapped at the tall and wide-eyed woman standing behind the counter.

"Uhm, agashi, are you alright?" It was the bartender lady. A slightly concerned look was written across her face. "Please stop hitting your face--"

"Don't in other people's business." Taeyeon cut her off, using her half-opened onyx eyes to glare at the person in front of her. "Just leave me alone and continue with your business, Yoona." Her voice came out a bit slurry as she poked the bartender's chin with her finger.

The bartender spanked her hand away, obviously irritated at Taeyeon's drunk state. "Agashi, please just go home, you're already drunk. And besides, my name is Sooyoung not Yoona." 

Taeyeon suddenly let out a laugh, a laugh much similar to an ajhumma's, before grabbing the green bottle of soju before her and pouring down the liquor to her shotglass. "Cheers! Cheers to us all single ladies across the world!" She raised her glass in the air before placing it in front of her lips as she started gulping down the intensifying drink. 

As she looked around her surroundings, she couldn't help but to stare at some couples who were there. Taeyeon couldn't help but to feel a little envious at the fact that there are people who have the ability to enjoy a carefree love life.

As for her, well she's nineteen and still single. 

Ever since birth, she's been single.

"Ugh.." Taeyeon moaned helplessly as she leaned her forehead against her locker.

It was 7am and she was lucky enough to force herself to come to school. Last night she got wasted at the bar she went to, and ended up sleeping at the streets. Taeyeon managed to go home, drink some water to make her sober, and to change into a new pile of clothes.

I feel like sh*t. She thought mentally.

Taeyeon realized how much she's been suffering for the past few weeks, thinking about how much she badly wanted to have a lover of her own. She's entering the adulthood very soon and yet she never even experienced her first kiss yet.

"Stupid life!" She kicked her locker out of frustration. The bell suddenly rang which means it was the start of class. With a heavy heart, Taeyeon trudged her way towards her designated classroom.

What the hell am I thinking? Nobody wants me, and nobody would ever will. My life is hopeless--

"TAETAE!"

"TAENGOO!"

Taeyeon was on her way out of school when all of a sudden, loud high-pitched voices filled her ears and nearly broke her eardrums. A hand slammed on her shoulder, and another one was on the other. Taeyeon didn't even have to turn around to see who they were.

"Jessica, Tiffany," Taeyeon sighed as she rubbed her ears. "You almost scared the crap out of me."

Tiffany was the girl with the black wavy hair that reached beyond her shoulders. Just like always, she'd hold hands with Taeyeon and their fingers would interwine. "TaeTae~ Why didn't you wait for us back there?" She asked with a small pout of her lips.

"Yeah Taengoo, why?" Jessica did her part by hooking her arm around Taeyeon's before leaning her head over the older girl's shoulder. "I can't believe you just left like that. We've been looking all over for you."

Taeyeon was used to this kind of skinship and 'clinginess' the girls would have with her. These two were her bestfriends, the two people she ever trusted and cared about ever since junior high. Taeyeon thought these were the only two humans at school who ever knew she existed.

"Mianhe, I had a lot of things in my mind that I totally forgot." Taeyeon said with an apologetic smile. Both Jessica and Tiffany's hearts fluttered at the sight.

"FORGIVEN." Tiffany and Jessica said at the same time. "Where shall we go for today Taetae?" Tiffany asked since she was eager to do some clothing shopping with Taeyeon. 

Jessica on the other hand, was wanting to catch a movie with Taeyeon. "Do you want to go somewhere special today Taengoo? It's such a beautiful afternoon." 

Taeyeon sighed heavily as the three of them started walking along the street. Her house was only a few blocks away from school which is why she never intended to take public transportations. "I'm sorry girls but I'm kinda tired right now. I want to go home early. How about next time then?"

Tiffany pouted cutely, while Jessica let out a dissappointed sigh. 

"BUT TAETAE."

"TAENGOO-YAH."

"I'm sorry you two." Taeyeon made a 90 degree bow once they made it in front of her family's mansion. "I promise to make it up to you next time. See you." Before any of the two girls could object, Taeyeon swiftly turned around and entered the gate. 

"Aish." Tiffany kicked a pebble from the ground. "I was hoping to spend the whole afternoon with her-" Tiffany paused in her words once she noticed Jessica glaring at her. "--And I mean with you too Jessi." She rubbed the back of her neck nervously.

Jessica rolled her eyes and sighed again. "I was thinking the same thing."

The two of them started walking off, their shoulders brushing against each other from time to time as they walked side by side. After a moment of silence, a bright idea popped into Tiffany's mind. "I have an idea!" She exclaimed happily with an eyesmile.

"Eh?" It was all that Jessica responded with before the younger girl started dragging her off somewhere.

Taeyeon made it in her humble bedroom. She exhaled deeply before plopping herself on her queen-sized bed. Her parents weren't home again since they were at some important business trip at a faraway city. She was once again alone, and it didn't help that she was getting a bit depressed.

"Aigoo." Taeyeon reached out for her dookongs and hugged them against her chest. "I only have my peas to satisfy my loneliness." 

Her eyes landed on the small picture frame resting on top of her side table. It contained the photo of her, Jessica, and Tiffany, and it was taken during their highschool fieldtrip. Taeyeon smiled as she stared at her friends' faces, feeling sort of guilty that she rejected their request earlier.

Tiffany. Jessica. Those babos.

Sooner or later, Taeyeon's eyelids became heavy and she suddenly drifted off to sleep.

"What is this? Where did you take me?"

Jessica and Tiffany just entered a certain bar. Jessica wasn't really the type of girl who'd hang out in this kind of place but she had no other way of spending her afternoon. And besides, Tiffany was the one paying for the expenses so Jessica just went with it.

"Let's have tequila!" Tiffany exclaimed as she started pulling the confused blonde towards the bar counter. "Yah, don't drink too much. You don't want to end up getting a hangover." Jessica warned in a hushed whisper before the tall bartender faced them.

"Good afternoon ladies." Sooyoung winked at them which made Tiffany giggle and Jessica roll her eyes. "What can I do for you?"

"It's been a while Sooyoung-shi." Tiffany said as she and Jessica sat on the high stools. "It's great seeing you starting to earn yourself some money."

The shikshin just laughed while nodding her head. "It appears so. Oh wait-" She seemed to notice that there was something missing. "Why only the two of you? Where's Taeyeon-shi?"

Jessica sighed as she plopped her chin on the top of her palm. "She didn't want to come with us. She said she wanted to go home early and rest." She didn't sound so happy about that. Sooyoung frowned a little as if she was having a deep thought it her mind. "Tsk tsk, that's not a good sign.." Sooyoung began.

"WHAT IS IT?" Jessica and Tiffany suddenly bellowed at her, causing Sooyoung to nearly jump in surprise. 

"Calm down girls, sheesh." Sooyoung rolled her eyes. "It's just that last night Taeyeon-shi came here. She drank a lot and got wasted. It seemed that she was sort of depressed about something." Tiffany let out a worried gasp. 

"What was she depressed about? Do you know anything?" Jessica asked. 

Sooyoung scratched her head. "I'm not sure, but she was mentioning something about screwing all the couples in the world and also cursing the fact that she's single." She shrugged her shoulders.

Tiffany and Jessica looked at each other. It was like something hit them from inside.

Taeyeon is depressed...about being SINGLE?

"Oh geez look at the time," Tiffany suddenly glanced at her wristwatch before hopping off the stool. "I guess I gotta go home right now. My dad wants me to come home." 

"But wait! Your dad didn't even call you!" Jessica tried to stop her but Tiffany already bolted out of the place, looking as though she was in a hurry for something. The ice princess got off as well and bid a short goodbye to Sooyoung before following after Tiffany.

"Aish those girls.." Sooyoung said in amusement. "Taeyeon has simply no idea.."

Tiffany was running across the street, taking the way towards Taeyeon's house. She was so excited, her heart was pounding very fast and she couldn't stop smiling. She knew she has a chance.

I finally have some chance to make her mine.

She ran and never dared to stop. Once she was only a few feet away from making it to the Kim's Residence, she accidentally bumped into someone which caused Tiffany to fall down on the ground. She let out a soft whimper as she felt herself collide with the ground.

"Oh my gosh, Tiffany are you alright?!" Tiffany felt herself get lifted off the ground. Once she faced the person, silently hoping that it was Taeyeon, she was surprised once she saw who it was. "Jessi?" Tiffany asked once she recognized the blonde's features.

"What are you doing here?" They both asked at the same time. 

Tiffany answered first. "Well, uh, I...was just jogging!" She praised herself for making such a brilliant excuse. 

Jessica narrowed her eyes. "At this time of the day? The sun is almost setting." The ice princess pointed out, causing Tiffany's cheeks to heat in embarassment. "Well how about you then? What are you doing here?" Tiffany questioned.

It was Jessica's turn to get lost, trying to create her own excuse. "I-I..I just followed you!" 

"Then how did you arrive here earlier than me?" Tiffany asked. Jessica avoided her eyes and instead stared at her feet. "Well, I took a taxi and it took me here." She mumbled almost inaudibly. 

"Right here? Right in front of Taeyeon's house?" Tiffany asked, her tone getting suspicious. They stared at each other for a short while before finally understanding that they're aiming for the same target. "Ok fine. I came here because I wanted to see Taeyeon." Jessica finally admitted, rolling her eyes in the process.

"Me too." Tiffany stated shyly. "I wanted to pay her a visit."

"Pay who a visit?" All of a sudden, their conversation was cut off once another voice joined in. The two American girls turned their heads only to see a certain shortie making her way towards them. Jessica and Tiffany didn't waste any more time as they started charging towards the midget, pouncing right at Taeyeon which caused the three of them to fall down the cemented pavement.

"TAETAE!"

"TAENGOO!"

"GUYS! YOU'RE KILLING ME RIGHT NOW!"
