Heechul's POV

 

"Because I'm an ELF....."

 

Her voice echoed in my head...I've heard that so many times but why am I so bothered by that? She's really....weird.

 

Suddenly my phone rang.. It's Leeteuk calling.

 

" Ya, I'm looking for the stylists now."

" It's not that." said Leeteuk. "We have a problem."

MinYoung's POV

 

The moment that door closed I leaned my back on one corner of the elevator to support myself. I felt weak and  shocked. I can't believe I did all of that! 

 

'Becase I'm an ELF'? ..He must be laughing by now. I sounded like a total idiot. I placed my hands on my burning cheeks. That was really embarrassing. But..why do I feel something else? Somehow there's a part of me that felt....happy.

 

I looked at my hands. I actually got to hold his arm..Kim Heechul's arms! I acted like I'm his girlfriend or something. Soon the feeling of embarrassment was replaced by fangirling shrieks . I made sure I wasn't so loud though. I'm still aware that this is a fancy hotel.

 

I quickly ran to our room and jumped to my bed. I covered myself with our blanket and giggled as I rolled around. 

 

" Appa, Minyoung is being weird." 

I removed the blanket from my face and saw MinSeun sitting beside me. I didn't notice him when I first came in. I can see by the look on his face that he's really creeped out.

 

"MinSeun! Oh my sweet little brother!" I said as I gave him a tight hug.

 

"You're scaring me.." 

I released him from my hug and gave a quick peck on his cheek. "I'm sorry"

 

" I smell a guy." said Dad as he walked to the bed and crossed his arms. 

 

" He's not just a guy!" I said quickly. "He's Super Junior!" I grabbed one of the pillows and hugged it tightly since my poor brother ran beside dad.

 

" They're here?"

 

" Yes! I can't believe I didn't know they're going to have a press conference here."

 

" What I can't believe is that even on a special family day like this, those boys still managed to in."

 

I felt guilty. I shouldn't be talking about them . Not on this day at least.

"I'm sorry dad."

 

He gave a small nod and sat on the end of the bed. 

"Listen.." he said. " Bear Bear is.... Bear Bear is missing.."

 

"What?!! What happened?"

 

Bear Bear is MinSeun's favorite thing in the whole world. It's a beige colored teddy bear and he had that ever since he was a kid. So, losing that means the end of his world. Once, he forgot it in the playground and when we went home he cried and threw tantrums all night. Me and my Dad had to go back to the playground in the middle of the night to look for his bear just to make him stop crying.

 

"Shhh. He doesn't know it's missing. I just said I had it in the car.  I  already checked but it wasn't there. We have little time before he finds out and who knows what he'll do in here?"

 

" Where did he last had it then?" 

 

" We were sitting by the main lobby when he gave it to me to play with the other kid on the other side. I think I left it there."

 

" Aww, Dad! You know how important Bear Bear is to MinSeun!"

 

" I know I know. Just, try and look for it okay? I'll keep him distracted. Dragon Tales show's going to have an epsiode marathon tonight so that will give us about 2 hours."

 

I laughed at that. He smiled as well. I fixed my hair and head out for the door.

 

" Where are you going MinYoung?" asked MinSeun suddenly.

 

" I.. uhh..  I'm just going to do something."

 

" What something? I want to go with you."

 

"What are you most scared of MinSeun?"

 

"Hmm... I don't like ghosts."

 

" Well I ..uhh..I was thinking of ghost hunting.. You might not like it but if you really want to go then--"

 

" No! The ghosts might eat you!" said MinSeun. He's in the verge of crying.

 

" No no no! Don't cry Unnie will be safe. Just watch Dragon Tales there and I'll be back before it ends okay?"

 

MinSeun nodded and waved goodbye. I quickly head out the door and ran to the elevator. I ran to the lobby and looked around. I even looked under the sofas and tables but Bear Bear is nowhere in sight. 

 

I tried asking people around too but they haven't seen MinSeun's bear either.

 

I went to the restaurant where we ate a while ago. Maybe Dad brought it here and just didn't remember. I went to our table and looked under it. Still no Bear Bear.

 

" Do you mind?" said a woman who was seated by the table. "We're trying to eat here."

 

I didn't notice there were people there and I quickly stood up and apologized. I must've looked stupid when they saw me looking under their table.

 

I rushed out the restaurant as fast as I could. Soon I was back at the main lobby.

 

Now what?  I have to find MinSeun's bear or he'll be crushed...and I can't stand that.

 

I only have an hour left to find his bear in this huge hotel. I head out the main door to breathe some fresh air before going back in and continue my search. I have to at least relax myself a bit. A lot has happened.

 

As I inhaled the fresh air I looked around the place. I noticed a group of girls to my right. They were giggling and chatting. One look at them and I can tell they're all ELFs like me. I think they're going to wait for Super Junior to finish their press conference and greet them from outside since they're not allowed to go in. They all have gifts with them. One brought a handmade bag. One brought a box of cake. One held a shoebox so I assumed it was a pair of expensive shoes. Another girl held a bear. A very familiar bear.....wait.... Bear Bear?!!

 

I quickly ran to them and tapped the girl with the bear. She glanced at me and we were both shocked for we recognized each other's faces.

 

She was the girl who pulled my hair back at the airport. I know she saw me as the girl who punched Kim Heechul because her stare suddenly became a pair of glaring eyes.

 

" Hey it's you! How dare you come here after doing that terrible thing to our oppa!" she said. 

 

" I'm sorry but can I see that bear you are holding?"

 

" Why? are you so poor that you can't even afford to buy a gift?"

 

" I just want to check something.."

 

" Scram stupid girl!" she yelled.

 

I looked at her and slowly backed away. She smirked--thinking she won but I suddenly grabbed the bear out of her hands and quickly moved back.

 

" HEY!!"

 

I faced the bear to me to check if it was indeed Bear Bear. 

 

The girl quickly ran to me and snatched it back. 

 

" Hey, that's not yours! That bear's mine!" I said. 

 

" What makes you so sure? This bear is mine!" she snapped back.

 

" That bear has a patch below its left ear that's why I know it's mine! Give it back!"

 

She gave a smirk and signaled for the others. They neared her and they all looked at me like they were some form of a gang or something.

" Well, from now on.. this bear is mine." she said. 

" and I can do whatever I want with it" she continued.

 

She looked at me and raised one of her eyebrows.

" Do you know that this is a very clumsy bear?"

 

I stood there and said nothing. I can't believe this girl is being like this. I thought these kind of people can only be seen in movies. 

 

" He can't always hold on to me and tends to slip off my hands." she dropped the bear face down on the concrete.

" who knows what will happen once he fell? He might get....." she stepped on Bear Bear with her high heeled shoe. "stepped on."

 

That was it. I quickly ran to them. Her eyes widened and held her arms up in defense as she waited for my attack. Of course I didn't hit her. Instead I kneeled and grabbed Bear Bear's legs and tried to pull it away. However she stepped on it so hard that I wasn't able to lif it from the dirty ground.

 

" Please move away." I said with anger in my tone as I tried to pull  Bear Bear.

 

She gave a laugh and stepped on Bear Bear harder and even twisted her heel on it. 

" Look how stupid you look. Just leave it you idiot!"

 

" Move your foot away" I said.

 

"No."

 

"Move it."

 

She crossed her arms "Make me."

 

I stood up and glared at her. She was still smirking. 

" Fine." and with that I gave her a hard push that sent her flying back and landing on her back on the concrete floor. She winced and screamed in pain as two of the girls helped her up.

 

" GET HER!!!!" she screamed .

 

The others obeyed and ran to where I was. I quickly grabbed Bear Bear and hugged him as I closed my eyes and waited for their attack.

 

 

 

 

Suddenly all became quiet. I opened my eyes and was surprised to see someone standing in front of me and was facing the girls who were about to attack me.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

This was the second time I was protected from an angry mob.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

This was the second time I was protected by a Super Junior member.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The first time was Lee Sungmin.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

This time it's Kim Heechul.
