He recalls standing on the middle of the road that one evening. He remembers asking so many questions, thinking too much; he remembers it all. But was he the one standing on the middle of the road that evening? Sometimes, he wakes up gasping and sweating. Other times, he blacks out and he finds himself feeling pain and not remembering what happened the day before. The whole thing repeats, and then he thinks it is not the process that repeats, life is the one that repeats. The day repeats. The time repeats. Everything repeats. Just like how he is sure this whole thing has already been said once, and asked, and done.
