You stared at the rising sun with distase.

 

U-Kwon shuffled into the bathroom.

 

You didn't move.

 

Hopefully this was a dream and soon you would wake up next to Zico.

 

Hopefully....

 

Hot tears slid down you face and onto the pillow.

 

You clenched your fists, gripping the bandages that nursed your burned hands.

 

Slowly you got up.

 

U-Kwon came out of the washroom ruffling his wet hair with a towel.

 

"I got you some clothes, why don't you shower."

 

You nodded, taking the things you needed with you.

 

Th warm water pounded lightly on your back.

 

You took the bandages off your hands.

 

The skin seemed to be healed, but there were tiny marks where the splinters were.

 

It was worth it, you'd rather have a few scars than lose a friend.

 

Afterwords U-Kwon re-bandaged your hands and you left the hotel.

 

When in the car you asked "Wht are we going to do now?"

 

"We can't just go to B.A.P's place unarmed, so we're going to a friend of ours,

 

to pick up some things." He replied.

 

You stopped at what seemed like and empty warehouse.

 

U-Kwon opened the door.

 

You had to stifle a scream.

 

U-Kwon tried to cover your eyes but it was too late.

 

The bodies of what were B;ock B's supposed friends wee strew all over the floor.

 

Pools of blood reflected red onto the walls in the morning light.

 

Stray bullets littered the floor.

 

Something caought your eye.

 

"U-Kwon," you whispered.

 

On the back wall of the warhouse,

 

in what you knew wasn't red ink, said

 

"You're too late"

 

U-Kwon cried out in rage.

 

"H-Hyung.....Hyung..."

 

A voice called out.

 

You called U-kwon over to the boy.

 

He seemed so young.

 

"Ilhoon.." U-kwon said cradling the boy's head in his forearm.

 

"What happened."

 

"H-hyung...th-they came..out of...nowhere adn j-just started shooting...."

 

Ilhoon coughed, blood trickled out hte side of his mouth.

 

you looked p at you with glassy eyes, smiling

 

"You...must be ___ Noona...Z t-talked about you..."

 

His smiled widened "I'm glad I met you..I'm gald Zico met you...I hope..."

 

his voice stopped, the ragged breathing ended.

 

Ilhoon was still.

 

U-kwon removed his arm from the boy's neck and let him lay on the ground.

 

He shut his eyes so he looked like he was asleep.

 

You trembled.

 

What kind of person could just slaughter all these people in cold blood?

 

They aren't people.

 

U-Kwon stood, white hot fury refected from his dark eyes.

 

"They weren't even involved." he said through gritted teeth.

 

Tears of anger fell down his face.

 

He shook his head "They were innocent!"

 

You out your hand on his shoulder silently.

 

You didn't know what to say.

 

How could you comfort him?

 

He steadyed himself. Regaining his usual composure.

 

"Let's go." He said.

 

"But,"

 

"There's nothing left for us here."

 

The drive was silent.

 

You knew where he was going.

 

To the warehouse where Zico was shot, B.A.P's hideout.

 

In your mind you knew this was essentially suicide.

 

You had nothing to defend yourselves with.

 

But neither of you cared.

 

U-Kwon was out for revenge, you could see it.

 

And you...you just needed to see everyone...just one more time, you didn't care.

 

If this was the day you died then you might as well die with your family.

 

Block B.

 

you pulled up outside the warehouse.

 

The doors were open.

 

They were expecting you.

 

You walked in, hear pounding.

 

As soon as you entered the warehouse doors were shut.

 

All the light from outside was blocked.

 

Only the dimness from the bulbs inside lit your way.

 

In the shadown you made out seven people.

 

Then Yongguk stepped out into the light, a smug expression on his handsome features.

 

Looking off into the darkness he jerked his head, signalling two others, who carried Zico by his shoulders.

 

They uncerimonially dropped him to the ground next to Yongguk.

 

You went to go to his side, but U-Kwon held you back giving a warning glance.

 

Yongguk casually took out a gun and hel it to Zico's head.

 

He was in bad shape, half his hface was covered in blood from a nasty gash on his forehead.

 

One of his arms he held towards himself gingerly, probably dislocated.

 

A gash on his abdomen left his shirt crimson.

 

His eyes locked onto yours. 

 

His lips moved but no sound came out.

 

But you knew what he wanted to say.

 

"Why are you here?"

 

It hurt a bit that he didn't expect you to come help him, but at least he was safe...kind of...

 

"So, I assume you came here for him?"

 

Yongguk said adressing U-Kwon.

 

He nodded "Yes, but where's the rest of my boys?"

 

Yongguk smirked "This one here," he kicked Zico "decided to play hero and gave them enough time to leave."

 

"What is it you want?" U-Kwon growled

 

Yongguk rotated his head, cracking his neck.

 

"Well, either you hand over $30 000 000 or I put a bullet in his head."

 

To emphasize his point he pushed the end of the gun against Zico's temple.

 

"You have thirty days to come up with the moeny, in the meantime, we'll keep him here."

 

"No." Your voice was quiet yet steady. Piercing through the tense atmosphere.

 

"What do you mean?" Yongguk asked, looking at you with his intense eyes.

 

You felt your heart clench.

 

"Give us back Zico."

 

Yongguk smirked "Do you think I'm and idiot?! Then what makes me sure that you'll give me the money?"

 

Your moth snapped shut. You didn't thikn this through.

 

"Are you willing to take his place?" Yongguk challenged.

 

"What?"

 

"Did I stutter?"
