Description
Jung Bongcha has always been that one quiet girl with the weird name.
Lee Byunghun, aka L.Joe has always been that popular guy admired by many.
Until one day Chunji says to L.Joe: "Hey...I think Jung Bongcha likes you."
"Hey Bongcha," L.Joe said. "How's life?"
"Um." I stared at him blankly. "What do you want?"
"So...." L.Joe paused for a long time before continuing. "You like me, right?" I choked on my spit and coughed.
"Wh-What?"
"It's okay, I already know you do anyway," He said, looking just as smug as the kid from the ANZ tv advertisment who spelt the word 'mortgage' confidently without including the 't'. "I was told that you were looking at me from the library windows while I was playing basketball and you also kept staring at me just now."
"Um." I stared at him in disbelief. Was he plain stupid or conceited or both? "What is wrong with you?"
"Oh nothing," L.Joe shrugged and grinned. "Just thought that I should let you know that I'm fully aware of your feelings towards me. But sorry, I don't like you that way yet." I was totally out of words and just continued to stare at L.Joe as if he just appeared out of nowhere.

Foreword
— a little intro of the characters;
jung bongcha;
Jung Bongcha is a quiet and awkward girl in her sophomore year who
finds her name embarrassing and strange. She sits at the corner of the back of
the classroom and usually reads in her spare time. Her best friend happens to be
Lee Hyemi who is the cousin of her crush, Chunji.
lee byunghun;
Lee Byunghun, also known as L.Joe, is that typical popular kid admired by many.
You can't really call him conceited, however he can get over confident at times which
makes him a bit gullible. His best friend happens to be Chunji who tells L.Joe about
Bongcha liking him and makes him start believing that his theory could be true.
Sometimes, he's an idiot but he can be very persistant.
lee hyemi;
A bubbly and bright girl who is Bongcha's best friend and Chunji's cousin.
Because she thought that Bongcha liked L.Joe, she tries to pair them up
and matchmake them all the time when Bongcha actually likes her cousin.
Hyemi is optimistic and tends to bully her cousin around a bit for fun.
lee chanhee;
Lee Chanhee, or Chunji, is L.Joe's best friend and was the person who
first told L.Joe that Bongcha might've liked him. In other words, Chunji
was the one who accidentally stirred up everything between Bongcha
and L.Joe without knowing Bongcha actually had a crush on him.
