Myungsoo didn't sleep well into his new bed, not at all. It was big enough for him to roll over at least few times before he would fall out, he was able to change any kind of positions, but it still wasn't as comfortable as he would like to, so most of the night he didn't sleep well and didn't take the precious rest he needed the most for his first actual work day. He had slightly dark circles under his eyes and for at least first half of the day he was about to pass out in any moment. Sleep was almost the most important thing, so he could actually do his work properly and now Myung wasn't even able to imagive what will happen when he will get to his bed in evening, because he usually wasn't able to wake up when he slept for at least ten hours and now he was sure, that next morning would be disaster. Yes, he was a really heavy sleeper and even time passed, it never changed.
    "Finally..." Myungsoo muttered under his breath and yawned as he looked into the clock and saw that it was lunch break now. Half of the day had passed, that was already a step closer to his bed. The worst thing was that he had to sit in his office and read his new patients files, to find out why they are in rehab and how long they have been here, just everything from top to the bottom. And reading didn't really help him to stay awake. After each line he had to re-read it at least two more times, to actually understand and keep all those things in mind. Pushing the chair back from the desk, he let out a heavy sigh past his lips before standing up and leaving his office. He locked the doors and decided to take a look in other rooms that was suppose to be for staff, actually he had heard about one curtain place he wanted to search for. It was suppose to be a rest room for only nurses and he knew, that meeting his colleagues could be really useful. After all, he could ask good advices and just fit into the place better. Disappointment was all that flushed over his body as Myungsoo opened the doors to the room, because it was all empty. "Do they all work during the lunch break as well..?" he asked himself, but entered the small lounge anyway. After closing the doors he looked around, from the room he could think that there wasn't much nurses at all, because it was pretty small room. Against each wall there was book shelfs with some kind of papers and also books, it was probably something they needed in work. Also there was a small couch and table in front of it, two armchairs on each side of the couch and coffee machine. "Blegh, does everybody drink that crap..?" He said after noticing the caffee machine. Myung was about to take a step forward as he suddenly remembered to look down, just to check if there wasn't some kind of stupid step, where he could trip on again. Since this time there was nothing but normal floor he quickly walked over to one of the armchairs and sitted down. It was comfortable and that was a little bit dangerous for the sleepy Myungsoo, but for his own surprise, his eyes stayed open. Since he wasn't hungry now, he decided to just rest from the work and play games on his phone, which he did whenever he got bored. Five..ten...and maybe even fifteen minutes passed as he didn't avert his eyes from the screen when he felt his eyes suddenly flutter open more slowly than before with each time, but every time he forced himself to open them again, but soon without even realizing that Myungsoo had fall asleep.

     The next thing he felt was someones hand on his shoulder, shaking his body pretty violently and it wasn't hard to guess why, probably the person wasn't able to wake Myungsoo up in any different way that would be more or less soft. "Yah..." He then heard someone's voice which was followed by short laugh. "Yah, wake up, you shouldn't be sleeping here during night..." Other said and Myung's mind then slowly started to proceed something. Wait. What? NIGHT? His eyes quickly popped open and with a small gasp Myungsoo finally was up. With wide eyes he blinked until the view was clear, his head felt a bit dizzy from the sudden blood rush since he sitted up way too quickly from the position he had fell asleep. "I knew that it will wake you up..." Other laughed again. When he looked around there was only light, sunshines were still playing into the only window in the room and he realized that he have been fooled. "Ah..~" He let out another sigh and lifted his hand up to fix his messed hair, softly rubbing his eyes. Tall, rather slim and actually really handsome nurse was now standing in front of him, holding a cup of...Eh? Was it water? No, it was a nice scent.. Tea? However, he wasn't drinking coffee, so it already was better than that. "Thank you i guess, i didn't mean to fall asleep here..." Myung said and stood up to introduce himself. "I'm new nurse Myungsoo, what's your name?" He offered a small smile, eyeing the taller male who was smiling back all the time and it catched Myung's attention. It just seemed like every staff member here looks like some kind of movie star. Sungyeol was the name of the nurse who woke Myungsoo up. He had finished his patients check up's and when he noticed that he was late for the lunch break already, he rushed to the lounge quickly, but right after he entered he find another nurse sleeping there and knowing that each of the staff have at least once fall asleep here without meaning that, he decided to wake him up, but it wasn't so easy as he thought that it would be. Sungyeol had to shake the boy for a good five minutes until he would finally open his eyes. He just couldn't help, but tease the new one, knowing that he had arrived not long ago, since he haven't seen him before. Actually he was amazed how young the nurse looked or maybe he looked young, just because he was so handsome? He wasn't sure. "Sungyeol, it's nice to meet you..." He said and went to sit down onto the couch next to the armchair where Myungsoo had fall asleep before. Inhaling the sweet scent again, he finally recognized that it was raspberry tea. Woah, Myungsoo really liked it. At least this nurse had a good taste, he thought to himself. When the sweet scent continued to tease his nose and also stomach, Myungsoo started to observe idea to go to cafe, because time until he would finish work was still long, but from the other side, he was curious to get to know better the other male. "Didn't sleep well?" Sungyeol asked and opened the lunch box he bringed with himself. Well, that was a big lunch box. He probably was eating a lot.. At least from the first sight Myungsoo would like to think like that. "Yeah, it was actually my first night and... it's usually hard for me to fall asleep if i'm not used to the place." He said and sitted back down. "I understand, i had the same problem. I arrived a little less than week ago, so i start to sleep well only like...ehhh...three days ago?" Sungyeol shrugged and took out from his lunch box smaller salad box and four slices of bread. "So you're kinda new here as well? Woah, it's nice to hear..." Younger smiled brightly. „It’s always nice to know, that you’re not the only one who tries to fit into the new place.” Since other had stuffed his cheeks with salads already, Myungsoo needed to wait for a while until he would hear a word from the other again, but then again, he actually felt like bothering the nurse, since he was eating. „I can show you around the place if you want to, we could get to know each other better and i could give you some advices as well. It’s always useful you know.” He said and shrugged slightly. Then Sungyeol remembered something and placed his lunch box onto the table, pushing it in direction of Myung, as he saw others confused expression he decided to explain. „There is chocolate muffins i made,don’t be shy and take one. The day is long and you will need a power to continue your work.” And after his words Yeol started to eat again. It’s as if the other could read his thoughts, but chocolate muffins! As if Sungyeol would be able to read his stomach thoughts! Myungsoo loved chocolate all by itself, not only chocolate, but all possible food, just that chocolate was something he loved expecially. „Ah, thank you. You made them?” He asked with a small smile and looked at the other nurse, noticing that he nodded Myung took one of the muffins to take a small bite. There was only two ways they could taste – horrible or fantastic, because as much as he knew nurses here wasn’t really into cooking, just because they were busy with many other things and there was just no time for hobbies like cooking and things like that. But Sungyeol’s muffins really were tasty, it was almost weird how much common they seemed to have only if they knew each other for only like...few minutes. Of course Sungyeol didn’t knew that, it was only Myungsoo’s thoughts. Tea choice, food choice, cooking and also their profession after all, that they both became nurses here not long ago. ‘I bet there is much more...’ Myung thought to himself as other started to talk with him again. Seemed like with every moment other catched his attention even more and more and he wished the lunch breaks end would never come. Sungyeol tried to talk as much as possible, because boy really seemed interesting and over that he was even more handsome, not that he would choose the book from it’s cover, but he had read a few lines from some pages already and now Sungyeol was really interested to read the book from one side to the other. Time seemed to fly away as they talked, laughed and joked around, but it was time to go back to work for each of them. Thought they both was sure, that obviously they enjoyed too much each others company. „Let’s meet up after work.” Sungyeol suddenly suggested when he was already standing next to the doors and was about to get back to his Office. „I promised you to show around the rehab, right?” Sending another beaming smile to Myungsoo he used it as good excuse to meet the boy. „Sure, i would love that...” Myung agreeded without hesitating. They quickly decided for a place they could meet up and at what time and left to do their work. Why did Myungsoo felt so happy, suddely feeling so full of energy and power? Probably it wasn’t because of the chocolate muffin, but because he just got another friend in place he would never think he would get any...
