My comments:

When I first read the description, I assumed it was one of those typical stories where one character is positive about everything, whereas the other is depressed but this story is nothing like that.

There's a lot I want to say about this without giving parts of the story away, but that'll be impossible. All I can tell you is that this is amazingly written and whether the descriptions captures your interest or not, I highly suggest that you'd read this. Especially if you like stories that take place in a hospital.
