The Only Light I See
"unnie, because it's weekend, so let's go home!! I missed umma already.." Yoona said excitedly
"uhm....okaaay, let's get ready.." Yuri nodded in agreement
They got ready and took a bus to reach the place, they needed an hour to get there. Sometimes, it made Yuri felt guilty towards the younger girl. She couldn't give her better.
"umma!!! I miss you sooooo much.." Yoona hugged her mother immadiately when they arrived
"oh my little girl....i miss you too, dear. Why didn't you call me you would go home today?"
"i forgot to tell you, i was too excited.." Yoona grinned
"oh my cute, Yuri....come here baby, you looked like a puppy. Give me a hug.." Mrs.Im spread her arms widely
"i miss you, umma.." Yuri hugged the older girl immadiately
"i miss you too, dear. How's your school?"
"so far so good.." Yuri smiled widely
"it's because she's in love, umma.." Yoona teased
"really? With whom?"
"a new girl in our school, named Tiffany. The eyesmile queen~"
"that's good, you should introduce her to me later, Yul.."
"aissh, i even just introduce myself to her yesterday.." Yuri blushed lightly that made the others laughed with her cuteness
Then, Mr.Im suddenly came. He glanced towrads them before he continued his step to his room.
"appa, don't you miss me?" Yoona approached her father
"of course i miss you, dear. But appa is busy now, let's talk later, okay?" Mr.Im pecked his daughter's cheek
Mr.Im just took a short plus cold glance at Yuri before he walked away. Yuri who noticed it, just sighed and pretended not to know. She always been ignored by him.
*Flashback*
Little Yuri and little Yoona came home after played in a park. They were late because Yoona lose her bracelet and they should look for it.
That time, Mr.Im was very angry towards the two. He almost hit Yoona, but then Yuri lied to him that it wasn't Yoona's fault. Yuri has been dragged by Mr.Im to his room and locked the door instantly, he then instructed her to got on her knees, Yuri could only obey him. Then, Mr.Im took off his belt and began hit Yuri's back with it.
"appa.....i'm sorry.." Yuri cried, holding the pain
"appa.....please stop.....it hurts.." Yuri cried even more
"i'm sorry, appa.."
That scenes never stop haunting her, it became her nightmare almost everynight. It keep repeating in her mind, sometimes she could even feel the pain when her father hit her.
"when he'll stop being cold to Yuri unnie?" Yoona sighed
"we better go home, unnie.." Yoona added
Yuri and Yoona decided to went to their apartment. Yuri threw herself onto the couch and Yoona was about to join, but her phone suddenly rang. She looked at the caller id and pressed the answer button.
"hello, Sica?"
"........" Yoona heard the latter sobbing hardly
"Sica-ah, what's wrong?" Yoona started to panic
"Yoona-ah.."
