A dark room with dark curtains, dark furniture and even a dark cat greeted JiYong as he entered his apartment. This is what being alone was. Darkness. Yet, still, in his mind, there was a sharp edge of light and pain.

It was like the edge of a freshly sharpened sword with screams echoing off the polished steel. The apartment was completely silent, yet as his eyes would fall, he could swear he heard nails against a chalkboard, or perhaps a TV without a channel with it’s volume turned too loudly.

Sitting into the couch with his eyes drooping from lack of sleep, his head lulled back.

This was his obsession.
This was his nightmare.
