Chained HeavenBom feared this day so much.
She tossed and her hospital bed, and stared at the heart monitor right at her left. She took a deep breath in and rubbed her eyes.
2NE1 was debuting that day.
2NE1, her girls. Her Minkki, her Chaerinnie, her Daroong. Those three girls that suffered so many hardships together with her. Those three girls that she had left behind her back. Those three girls that were accomplishing their dreams.
They made it.
She had been so happy the day she checked out in the internet, and she had seen the date of their debut.
The names of the final members...
Their group name...
And the day they would blow up the music industry.
She expected she would reach that day with them... But she didn't.
She remembered reading that article, and those words...
" 2NE1 was rumoured to be a 4-members group, but at the final judging period the fourth member dropped out for personal reasons. "
Guess who that fourth member was.
Of course it was her.
She breathed out a smile and closed her eyes for a moment, wondering how it would be if she still was that youthful trainee she used to be.
" Ah, how good would it have been. "
Yes, how good it would have been if she had gotten the single chance to debut together with them. Not that long after she dropped out, they went to live in a dorm together.
She thought it would have been fun to live in that dorm with them.
Bom wondered how it would be to share her life with those three amazing people.
But then...
If she went to live in that dorm together with her friends, she would have left Seung Hyun behind.
She buried her head deeper on the pillow as she thought about him.
She had broken up with him a week before.
Bom thought leaving her dream behind was the worst that could have ever happened to her.
She never imagine that leaving him was even worse.
She sighed and turned her head to the other side, closing her eyes as they teared up once more.
Her body felt so weak.
Her brain was so numb.
Her heart ached so much.
" It's over. "
The moment those words had left her lips, she felt as a stone crushed her.
The look in his eyes was indescribable. He was smiling at her before, but the curve on his lips disappeared as soon as the news drowned on him. His stare froze. He looked at her like everything in the world was losing its sanity.
" What... ? "
" I told you, I've had enough of everything... We can't keep a relationship like this, Seung Hyun ah. "
" Bom, please- "
She shook her head, " Don't maket his harder for me. Please, stop. I beg you. "
" No, I'm the one begging you, " He hugged her immediately, almost crushing her body as he held her tightly to his frame, " Don't leave me. "
She sighed sadly,
" I can't. "
She looked up to the ceiling.
" I'm so sorry. "
There were some knocks on the door and she diverted her gaze towards it. The door opened up and a nurse entered inside of the room, followed closely by two more nurses and a couple of doctors. Bom recognized her cardiologist and sat up on the bed, smiling softly.
" Miss Park, ready for your treatment ? "
Bom nodded, and smiled softly.
" We'll put you in comatose state, so that your heart doesn't suffer that much, okay ? "
Bom looked at the injection one of the nurses was preparing under the supervision of the doctor, and nodded softly.
She looked to the side and saw her digital recorder. She gasped softly in surprise and took a hold of the digital recorder, and smiled at the nurse as she gave it to her.
" Can you put this in the mail for me, please ? "
She nurse giggled, " Who to ? "
" Choi Seung Hyun, Choi Enterprises. "
Chae Rin adjusted her outfit.
Dara lift up her chin.
Min Ji tried a new pose.
This was it.
As the platform opened up, they were welcomed by bright lights that shone intensely.
Chae Rin, now CL, took a step ahead, and smirked. She held the microphone confidently and brought it up to her lips.
