MinHa smiled through the lenses. “Smile~”

There was a click and the picture of the happy couple appeared on her camera screen. The smiling girl showed the photo to the couple.

“You two make a good pair,” she complimented.

“Thank you~”

The pair walked off while MinHa explored the parks once more, while other couples request for her to take their photos.

MinHa smiled to herself as she sat on one of the park benches, studying the scene in front of her. It was a beautiful day, late spring, the trees were greener than ever, and the flowers were in full blossom, it was the perfect scenery.

And MinHa could record it all.

She sighed, studying the dozens of couples walking hand in hand, smiling at each other, strolling through the park. She couldn’t help but smile as the soft breeze blew light crimson flowers from the cherry blossom tree above her head, creating a kind of romantic atmosphere.

How she wish to find that perfect man for her...

She shook those thoughts out of her head and clicked through the photographs, but she couldn’t help but smile at those happy, loving faces that stared at her.

As she flicked through the photographs, she stumbled on one of her random scenery shots. She frowned.

“Hm, who’s that?” then she smiled as she noticed a camera at the man’s hands. A fellow photographer.

I am happy because I met you
I dream because I met you
I laugh whenever I see you
Perhaps this is love

She pulled a face, was she this desperate? One shot of a random man, one picture and she’s already falling head over heels for him?

She shook her head, her fingers hovering over the delete button...

“Miss?”

She looked up and saw a beaming couple in front of her.

She smiled. “Yes?”

“We were wondering if you could take a photo of us...”

MinHa smiled widely. “Of course!”

She exited the photograph, forgetting about deleting the shot, forgetting about the man who captured her heart...

As the night approached and the last rays of the sun had vanished, MinHa headed for the developing studio.

Massaging her shoulders, she deposited her camera memory card at the smiling receptionist and waited for her photos to arrive.

“Miss, your photographs are here...”

MinHa smiled and thanked the receptionist then hurried home, a small pack of photographs in her hand.

Yoo MinHa. Professional Photographer. Hopeless in love...

Yup... that’s me, MinHa thought.

She laid her head down on the bed, looking up at the dark ceiling absent-mindedly. MinHa was tired, that’s for sure, her shoulders were aching, but her eyes refused to close.

She sighed and positioned her pillows so she was half sitting up and picked up the packet of photographs on her desk, to her right.

With the soft music coming from her iPod, she looked through the newly developed photos. At every smile appearing on the images, so does her smile.

Then she saw the picture of the park with the mysterious man again and she frowned. Hadn’t she deleted it yet?

“Hmm...”

Her right hand her bedside lamp, filling the room with soft, orange light, while the other held the photograph. She looked at the picture again to get a better look.

Half the image showed the crimson petals from the cherry blossom tree, the unique shaped grass and the blossoming flowers. Then a figure of a man seemed to rise up from the view. It showed a man with dark brown hair, his eyes focusing on something in front of him, while he held a camera on his hands.

MinHa stood up on her knees and faced her wall, where a dozen or more random photographs of parks, gardens and other landscapes were tacked on the wall. These were her favourite photographs she shot herself...

And now, another was added to her collection...

Lying back down on her bed, she smiled up at the photograph of the mysterious man. The perfect man for her... and how she wished she would see him again, not just through the lens...
