Feat. Lee Taemin and Kim Yun Hee (OC)

I poked my head through the ornate, double doors, my eyes searching the spacious ballroom. Until I caught sight of him, he had his back towards me and his brown soft hair covering his face as he leaned in closer to the table, he seemed to be writing something.

I smiled; he seemed too engrossed on something in front of him, to notice me. Quietly, I made my way towards him.

~

The boy frowned at the page before him, his hand poised, ready to write. He stared at the words he wrote:

느낌이...

This feeling...

Then he tilted his head, studying the words, thinking of the meaning of why he wrote it. He bit his lip, then his hand unconsciously glided over the ashen page.

이사랑인가?

Is this love?

His pen pressed unto the page again, then he paused, his head tilting slightly to his left.

“Boo!” gentle hands tapped him in the shoulder and a soft chuckle was heard behind him. He turned around, smiling upon hearing her voice.

^Dress

“So...” an ebony haired girl smiled before him, wearing a dark red, strapless dress up to her knees. She was straining her neck, trying to see over his head. “...What are you writing?”

The boy chuckled and closed the notebook, hiding the words he wrote from view. The girl pouted, then laughed quietly.

“Taemin-ah! Why so secretive?” then she shrugged. “Ah well~ if you don’t want to show me, its fine,” she smiled again, then a small frown appeared on her face and she squinted at Taemin’s chocolate brown hair, hiding half his mysterious eyes.

Taemin couldn’t help but smile at that action, the way her head tilted slightly to the right, the way her brows furrowed and her face showed curiosity.

He chuckled. “What’re staring at? I know, I’m handsome and all but come on... the staring is a bit...”

The girl continued to stare, then a bright smile appeared on her lips. “Haha, you’re listening to music...” she sat next to him at the small round table, a white cloth with golden threaded border covering it. “What’re you listening to?” her small hands gently removed one of the earphones from his ears, delicately pushing some of his brown hair away from his face.

The boy blushed slightly at the action.

She smiled as the soft music floated into her ear. “You have good taste of music... haha...” she murmured, closing her eyes and humming along with the music. She propped her arms on the table and held her chin with her hands.

Taemin smiled to the dreamy faced girl, her eyes still closed, lost in rhythm.

Without her, I really don't know if I'll make it on my own
Without her, I will sail the seven seas and never wanna come back home
Without her, the rest of my life will be emotionless and so slow
Without a kiss, without a touch, I'm really not worth that much, without her I give up
 

Taemin gently took the girl’s hand on his and she stared at him curiously as she opened her eyes. He stood up and led her to the center of the ballroom, then let go of the confused girl’s hand and bowed.

“Um...”

^Taemin

Taemin stood up straight and smiled. He was wearing a black jacket with a burgundy shirt inside and matching red skinny jeans.

“Yun Hee, Wanna dance?” he asked, holding out his right hand.

Kim Yun Hee blinked, then stared at his extended hand. “Um... yeah...” she managed to say as her heart started beating faster.

He held her hands and they started swaying along with the soft music on their ears. They stared at each other’s eyes as they glided across the golden patterned marble floor.

Yun Hee closed her eyes as the music took her, her feet unconsciously drifting across the floor.

Taemin couldn’t help but stare at her dreamy features as he leaned in closer, her body responding as she leaned back, performing a dip. He swallowed as he realized how close their faces were.

Without her
I would lose my way, and probably be lost every single day

Yun Hee opened her eyes and saw his face inches from hers. Her mind screamed let go, but her body didn’t reply. She seemed frozen; her eyes glued to his face, then strayed towards his deep, dark eyes and was lost to them.

Taemin stared into her brown orbs, his breath becoming deeper at each second. Her eyes closed, then without realizing, his face inched closer to hers until he felt her warm breath on his face. His eyes fluttered close.

Without her
Nothing would mean a thing, she's got my heart, she has everything
Cos’ I've been hurt before, I promise that I'll never break her heart no-more
I'm broke, can't breathe at all, without her

“CUT!”

The director’s voice penetrated through Taemin’s jumbled mind and reality struck him, he pulled back, helping Yun Hee to her feet. Taemin looked around, he was back at the set, filming. He swallowed, then smiled at the flushed girl.

“That was a great take! The emotions... the feelings... the action!” The director said enthusiastically, his hands flying everywhere for emphasis.

Taemin chuckled nervously. “Gamsahabnida~” he said, bowing to the crew, Yun Hee did the same.

The other SHINee members approached their magnae. Key was hiding a smile.

“Hmm...” he said quietly as he passed Taemin.

Taemin raised his eyebrows and chuckled. “What?”

“Uh, nothing... it’s just... the way you acted...”

The youngest member tilted his head, making his brown hair fall to the side softly. He flinched. “Was I that bad?”

Key shook his head and laughed, patting Taemin gently on the back. “You did very well... I felt it was... real...” he replied, winking as he walked off.

Taemin felt his face go hot.

“Hey!” he tried to call, but Key only looked back for a second, a small smile paying on his lips, then continued on his way.

He shook his head smiling, then he felt a familiar tap on his shoulder.

“I’ll see you tomorrow,” Yun Hee smiled, a small bag across her shoulders.

Taemin nodded. “Of course,” he replied, smiling.

His gaze drifted towards the notebook by his mirror. He picked it up and curiously flicked through it.

김윤희... 당신은알고계십니까?

Kim Yun Hee... Did you know?

나 ~

I...

He slowly scribbled on the page.

“Taemin-ah!”

His head snapped to his right and chuckled. “Yeah... I’m coming!”

He rushed towards the sound of his hyung’s voices, forgetting about his notebook, laughing as he entered the set yet again...
