I walked through the school gates smiling brightly. I swung the hand i had holding my boyfriends backwards and forwards.  We were the talk of the school, a kingka going out with just an ordinary girl. Soon the news changed though, it started as a rumour but now everyone knows. L.Joe oppas only going out with me because of a bet he made with the other kingkas, but its okay because I know, I’ve always known and I plan on winning the bet I made.

 My bet is to make him believe his bet is going smoothly, act innocent and kiss him in the school canteen in front of everyone then announce the truth.

L.Joes bet is to date me then break my heart and leave me.

It’s funny though isn’t it, how people try to hurt each other for fun.

All the school is whispering about us as we walked down the halls to homeroom. None of them know I know about the bet.  Some people are giving me sympathetic looks others are smirking at our clasped hands and my massive grin.

I’m going to win this bet. I’m going to hurt L.Joe as much as I can because of the pain he’s put so many other girls through. 

I kissed his cheek and said goodbye then skipped into my class room. I plonked onto a chair and heard my cell beep. I took it out of my pocket and read the text on the screen

i smiled and put my phone back in my pocket. He can wait for the reply. I pulled my note book from my bag and sat up straight.
