Number two: Up/vote

Another good thing about aff is that you can up/vote for your favorite story. Upvoting a story is how stories get featured. Stories with the most votes at the end of the week will be featured on the front page. Isn't that cool? But how do we upvote? First, you need to have a 100 karma points. Yes. You read that right. You need 100 karma points to upvote. Why? "Since karma is an objective measure of how active your account has been, it prevents someone from making multiple shell accounts to vote on their own story." So, if you have secured a 100 karma points, you can now up/vote! You just have to click that arrow thingy (like this ↑) beside the fanfiction title and voila. You have voted. And if you want to ask if it costs karma to up/vote, no, it doesn't. As long as you have secured a 100 karma points, you can up/vote as much as you like (different stories). If you want to vote for your favorite stories a multiple times, you can up/vote then cancel the up/vote and vote again. LOL. Oh, another one. You cannot up/vote for your own story. That's just bull if upvoting your own story will be allowed.
