Loving Your Bestfriend is Hard
A/N: This chapter was completely long and it wasn't even finished yet so I decided to cut it and post the first part.
Took me long enough to decide what to do.
It was saturday and uruha is already preparing for his date with his boyfriend... Tora
He's gonna pick up Uruha from Uruha's house. When Uruha was looking at himself at the mirror,
someone called..
He hadn't checked who called. he just pressed the answer button and put his phone on his ear.
"Hello" Uruha greeted.
"Uru?"
"Aoi?"
"Yes, it's me"
"why did you call?" Uruha asked. It has become unusual for Aoi to call Uruha since he strted
dating Haru.
"I just want to know if you can meet me later"
"you're joking right? you know I've got a date."
"Well then after your date. this evening."
"I don't know. I'm not sure what time I'm gonna be home" -If Tora would let me home- Uruha
thought with slight blush on his face.
"Meet me at the nearby park this evening. I'll be waiting."
"........." Silence
"Please..." Aoi said. almost whisper
"I'm not sure" Uruha was anxious. What if he couldn't come? "Uhmm. There's an incoming call.
It's Tora calling. I'll talk to you later."
"Uruha, I'll really wait for you". beep. Uruha hung up on Aoi and answered Tora's call.
"Hey Uru-chan" Tora greeted.
"Oh, hey"
"I just wanna ask if you'd want us to use car of if you just want to walk, It's a clear day a
great time for walking"
"I think I'll prefer if we walk. It sounds better"
"Okay then. I'm on my way. Bye Bye"
"Bye"

"Uru-chan, where do you want to go first?"
"Hmmm. I don't know. Anywhere is fine"
"I wonder where the place called 'anywhere' is? " Tora smirked.
"huh? No no. That's not what I meant. I mean anywhere you want to go." Uruha sighed. A bit
embarassed
"I know. I know. I'm just joking." Tora laughed and then Uruha laughed, too. They kept on
walking and walking. They're hands are brushing against each other. They seem not to mind at
all when all of a sudden, Tora held Uruha's hand tight. Entwining their fingers. With this,
uruha was shocked and stopped walking to look at their hands then he looked at Tora who was
staring at him and seems that he was amused of Uruha's reaction. Uruha looked away blushing and
started walking. Tora just stood there while their hands where still connected. Uruha glanced
on TOra still with the blush on his face. He gave Tora a curious look why he wasn't walking.
Tora just smiled, Lifted Uruha's hand and kissed it. Uruha's face was on fire that he was so
embarrased to face Tora that he pulled the other to start walking.
And like that they walk. Uruha was on the lead and Tora follows him while their hand entwined
so people can easily see their hollding hands.
"We're here." Tora said out of the open air.
"huh? where?" Uruha asked confused.
"We're here. Our first stop"
"Where?" Uruha glanced on his right looking for anything but all he saw was the street. He
didn't try looking on his left because he knew that that restaurant on their left was so
expensive.
"Not there Uru-chan. Here here here." Tora let go of Uru's hand and grabbed uru's shoulders and
leading him to the fancy restaurant on their left.
Uruha was so shocked. This restaurant was way too expensive for an amateur date. It's not like
Tora will propose to him so why take him to a very expensive restaurant? Uruha was so shocked
when the guy waiting by the double doors greeted them.
"Good morning Amano-san. This way to your table"
What? He knows Tora? And Tora already planned to eat in this restaunt?
When they reached their table, Tora pulled Uruha's chair for him and the waiter pulled Tora's
chair for TOra. THe waiter gave them the menu and left.
"Hey, the waiter knows you?" Uruha asked really curious.
"mmhmm. THe owner of this restaurant is a family friend so we're kind of regular here and
sometimes we have meals with the owner."
"Oh."Uruha just nodded and looked at the menu. Why does everything have to be so expensive?
Sure he can afford but isn't it too much money to waste for just one meal? He kept on flipping
the pages on the menu. He's trying to find something cheap if there's any. He was just getting
ready in case Tora decides to pay for the two of them.
"Have you decided what to get?" Tora asked Uruha smiling. He seemed amused to see Uruha flip
the pages again and again and mumbling about the prices. He finds it cute.
"Uh? I don't know." Uruha sighed defeated.
"Oh, don't worry. I'll pay for everything."
"What?! No No No. I can pay for my self. It's just that, isn't it too much of a price for a
single dish? "
"No Uru-chan. it's on me. So please get what you want." Tora smiled sweetly to Uruha so uruha
just looked again at the menu and chose what he thinks is good not minding the price anymore
since he knows that it would make no difference. THey're all expensive so ordering other dish
doesn't make much difference at all.
They called the waiter, order their meal and then wait for their food to be served.
"Where do you want to go today Uru-chan?"
"Hmmm. I want to go to the mall."
"Really? Okay then. Then we'll go shopping and food trip and stuff" Tora said cheerfully.
"Yeah, then we can go to music shops and check guitars" Uruha seemed delighted with the plan.
"You like guitars, too? Perfect. Then we'll play guitars on music shops!" They both laughed
then suddenly, Uruha thought of Aoi. He used to go with AOi on music shops and play the
instruments there. Not just the guitar, they tried playing the drums, bass guitars, beatbox,
piano, keyboards, lyre, ukeleles, and other percussion and string instruments. They hadn't
tried wind instruments though. THere were times when Aoi would play the drums and do headbands
and Uruha would laugh then suddenly Aoi throws the drum stick on the air, he was about to catch
it but it hit his head. Uruha laughed silently at the thought of Aoi being hit by a drumstick.
"Uru? What were you thinking about? You seem happy?" TOra asked
"Mmm. Nothing. I'm just happy that I'll spend the day with you." Baka baka baka. It's not time
to think about Aoi. "Is there any place you want to go?"
"Anywhere that makes you happy."
THen their food arrived and they ate it. While eating, they talked about their interests, their
lives, hobbies, habits, their selves. They were a couple and they were getting to know each
other. They laughed and didn't care about other rich costumers since they were at a private
place where you can only get it when you makeprivate reservations and is more expensive than
others.
When they finished eating,Tora paid their bill and they went out and continued walking to the
mall. When they enter the mall, Tora suddenly moved so close to Uruha and wrapped his arm
around the other's waist. Uruha blushed again and they kept walking. Now Uru wonders how many
times did he blush today? When thay saw a botique for men, they entered and the sales lady
greeted them. Uruha was checking the clothes out. He didn't notice when Tora let go of his
waist as he was checking the design and quality of the clothes and checking how good the fabric
is. Meticulous ne? Then Tora cameback holding a beautiful shirt on his hold. He called Uruha
and he checked if the shirt suites Uruha. It seems alright so he told the saleslady that he's
taking that shirt and he paid for it. When it was already in a bag, Tora handed it to Uruha.
"For you" Tora said.
"Huh? Me?"
"Yes. gift" TOra smiled.
"Oh, uh. Thanks. But you didn't really have to. You've spent too much on the meal already.
"But Uru-chan you deserve it. You deserve much more than that."
Uruha was speechless at what TOra said. He never had a guy who treated him that way. Well, yeah
since all he had in mind was Aoi. Yes Aoi gave him gifts and sometimes treats him meals, but to
Aoi, those were all friendly gestures. No romantic feelings included. But Tora loves him.
Sometimes he thought it's unfair with Tora since he isn't really sure if he loves TOra back.
But now, with the sweetness and care Tora is showing, he might completely fall for him.
