3) Bullying
    Facts (Korea and other places):
    (a) Teachers do try to help the bullied but once they try, the bullying becomes worse. Thus, teachers stay silent so the bullied won't get harrassed more. 
    (b) Ostracized is a form of silent bullying. Some students are labelled outcasts so other students generally stay away from them to not be ostracized as well. 
    (c) Schools refuse to acknowledge that bullying takes place in their schools to keep their reputation. It simply means reputation is more important than human emotions to them.
    (d) Counselling and receiving medical attention for mental illnesses are generally looked down upon in Korea.
    (e) Bullying in school has finally started to raise awareness in tthe conservative society of Korea
