Jonghyun had been friends with Key since he was about 3, and they were the best of friends there could ever be. Wherever Key went, Jonghyun followed like a faithful puppy.

Because of his personality, Jonghyun had the habit of getting Key's permission for whatever he does, be it going out without him, or asking Key to go to the mall together.

"Key, can I have your permission to..."  became the phrase that Key has been used to Jonghyun saying.

Jonghyun has always loved the boy, and everything about him. His feline-eyes, his porcelain skin, his soft hair which changed colours every few months, even his constant nagging.

But he was scared that Key would avoid him if he knew.

So he made a pact with himself, three strikes, and he would confess. Of course, with Key's permission.
